 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ Ռուսաստանն անում է հնարավորը, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում փոխզիջում գտնվի: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ասել է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան:

«Թե Հայաստանը, թե  Ադրբեջանն ունեն խնդրի լուծման նկատմամբ իրենց հայացքները: Գոյություն ունի խնդրի լուծման հաստատված ձևաչափ, որը ենթադրում է փոխզիջման որոնում: Դա կողմերի դիրքորոշումների մոտեցում է ենթադրում ՝ անկախ նրանից, թե երբեմն որքան տրամագծորեն հակառակ դրանք կարող են լինել: Դա միջազգային, դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի պրակտիկան է՝ գտնել լուծման ուղիներ չկարգավորված խնդիրների համար»,- նշել է Զախարովան:

Նա համաձայնել է, որ իրադրությունը լուծման, առաջ մղման անհրաժեշտություն ունի: Այդ պատճառով հատկապես վերջին շրջանում ավելի են ակտիվացել շփումները, որոնք իրականացվում են տարբեր ձևաչափերով: «Ռուսաստանը, որպես ձևաչափի մասնակից, առավելագույնս անում է ամեն բան, որպեսզի փոխզիջում գտնվի: Իհարկե, ցանկալի է, որ այն հնարավորինս շուտ գտնվի՝ սակայն ոչ ի վնաս երկու երկրի ժողովուրդների, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բնակվող մարդկանց ապագայի»,- ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը:

Նա հայտնել է, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները տարածաշրջանային այցի արդյունքներով հայտարարություն կտարածեն՝ գնահատական տալով խնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի ներկայիս փուլին:

Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք հնարավոր է առաջիկայում հանդիպում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների միջև՝ Զախարովան տեղեկացրել է, որ այս պահին որևէ հստակ տեղեկություն չկա: «Մենք կտեղեկացնենք հնարավոր հանդիպումների կազմակերպման պարագայում»,- ասել է նա:

Զախարովան չի բացառել, որ մայիսի 20-ին Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Իվ Լե Դրիանի՝ Մոսկվա կատարելիք այցի շրջանակում ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ հանդիպմանը մի շարք միջազգային հարցերի շարքում կքննարկվի նաև ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցը: « Դա բնական է, մենք մեր ֆրանսիացի գործընկերների հետ երկխոսության մեջ ենք նաև այս հարցում: Հետևաբար քննարկումները չեն բացառվում»,- տեղեկացրել է Զախարովան:
