Ֆիրդուսի շուկայի տեղում շինարարական աշխատանքները լայն թափ կստանան աշնանը

Ֆիրդուսի կառուցապատման ծրագիրը կարժենա 300 մլն դոլար, իսկ այդ փողոցում ներկայում գործող շուկայում շինարարական աշխատանքները ավելի մեծ թափ կստանան աշնանը։ 

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը։ 

«Ֆիրդուսի ամբողջ տարածքը կազմում է 5 հա, և ամբողջ տարածքի 72 տոկոսն իրացված է։ Այստեղ իրացման աշխատանքները շարունակվում են։ Պետք է կառուցվի երեք ճառագայթող փողոց՝ Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայից, Խանջյան փողոցից և «Վերնիսաժ»-ի կողմից։ Այս երեքը միանում են և մոտ 85 մ տրամագծով շրջանաձև հրապարակ է դառնում։ Սա Երևանում կլինի իր տեսակի մեջ եզակի, քանի որ նմանատիպ հրապարակ մենք չունենք։ Փողոցները միակողմանի են պտտվում, մեջտեղի հատվածն էլ ամբողջությամբ հետիոտների համար է լինելու»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը։ 

Փողոցի դրա առևտրային հատվածի կարգավորումը քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեին չի վերաբերում։ «Ես առնչություն չունեմ այն փաստի հետ, որ առևտուր անող մարդկանց հանում են այնտեղից։ Ֆիրդուսի ծրագիրը մոտ 3 տարի առաջ է մեկնարկել և նրանց ոչինչ չեն արել՝ ժամանակ է տրվել»,- ասաց Նարեկ Սարգսյանը և կարծիք հայտնեց, որ այդ հարցը առանց ցնցումների կլուծվի։
