Եվս մեկ վարժություն, որն օգնում է կեցվածք կերտել, ներառում է բալանսավորումը։ Աղջիկները պետք է կարողանան ջրով լի շիշը 3 րոպե շարունակ պահել գլխին։

Ուսանողուհիները նաև թղթի կտոր են պահում ծնկների արանքում, որպեսզի սովորեն ճիշտ կանգնել։

Աղջիկները մեծ ջանքեր են թափում ուժեղանալու և հզոր հարված զարգացնելու համար։ Նրանք սովորում են հաղթահարել դժվարանցանելի ճանապարհները, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանվել զինված հարձակման դեպքում։ Ավարտական քննությունը վերջին փորձությունն է՝ բորտուղեկցորդուհու գործին հասնելու համար, սակայն դա անելն այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ։ Թեստը հաջողությամբ հաղթահարելու համար աղջիկները պետք է կարողանան ընդամենը մեկ հարվածով կոտրել կերամիկական սալիկը։

Առավել մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում այն մարզումներին, որոնց շրջանակներում աղջիկները սովորում են վնասազերծել հանցագործներին և ահաբեկիչներին հենց թռիչքի ընթացքում։

Դժվար է հավատալ, սակայն այս նուրբ և գրավիչ աղջիկները անմարդկային փորձություններ են հաղթահարում՝ մարդկանց թռիչքներն ապահով և հարմարավետ դարձնելու համար։
