ԱՆ-ն մրցույթ է հայտարարում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար մրցույթ է հայտարարել՝ նշելով, թե որ հասարակական կազմակերպությունները կարող են հայտ ներկայացնել:

Արդարադատության Նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կոռուպցիայի  դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների համար հատկացված թափուր 3 տեղերը (2-ը գործարար ոլորտի հասարակական կազմակերպություն) համալրելու նպատակով  հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հայտերը  կարող են ներկայացվել  ՀՀ, քաղաք Երեւան, 0010, Հանրապետության հրապարակ, Վ.Սարգսյան 3/8 հասցեով կամ ուղարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  արդարադատության նախարարության էլեկտրոնային հասցեին՝ info@moj.am:

1. Հայտ կարող են ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության  2015 թվականի  փետրվարի 19-ի N 165-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված  այն հասարակական կազմակերպությունները, որոնք բավարարում են հետեւյալ պահանջները՝

1) ունեն հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտի՝ վերջին հինգ տարվա ընթացքում առնվազն երեք տարվա գործունեության փորձ.

2) որոնց կանոնադրությամբ ամրագրված է հակակոռուպցիոն գործունեությամբ զբաղվելը.

3) ունեն միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտում համագործակցության փորձ.

4) կներկայացնեն միջազգային կառույցների հետ եւ (կամ) սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտին վերաբերող առնվազն երկու իրականացված ծրագրի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն.

5) կներկայացնեն միջազգային կառույցների հետ իրականացված ծրագրերի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ գործընկեր կազմակերպության դրական եզրակացություն (գնահատական):

2. Հասարակական կազմակերպությունը հայտին կից ներկայացնում է այն փաստաթղթերը (բնօրինակ եւ պատճեն), որոնք փաստում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ի N 165-Ն որոշման N 2 հավելվածի 7-րդ կետով ամրագրված պահանջներին (չափանիշներ) հասարակական կազմակերպության համապատասխանությունը:

3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավման նպատակով անցկացվող մրցույթի եւ ռոտացիայի կարգն իրականացվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  վարչապետի  2015 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ի  300-ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգով:

Հայտերն ընդունվում են  ընթացիկ տարվա հունիսի 19 -ից մինչեւ հունիսի 30-ը, ներառյալ՝ աշխատանքային ժամերին:
