ՀՀ ազգային ժողով ներկայացվող կառավարության ծրագիրը ծավալուն է, և յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտ, ներառյալ բնապահպանությունը, հսկայական տեղ է զբաղեցնում: Բոլոր ստրատեգիական նպատակադրումների ուղղություններով կան գործողություններ: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: 

Նրա խոսքով` ծրագրում տեղ է գտել Արարատյան դաշտի ստորերկրյա ջրավազանային վիճակի կարգավորումը, որ նախատեսում է շուրջ 3 տասնյակ միջոցառումներ:  Ջրային ոլորտի մյուս խնդիրներից է Սևանա լճի էկոհամակարգի վերականգման և պահպանության ծրագիրը, ինչպես նաև ջրային համակարգում ջրի կորուստների և մաքրման կայաններին ուղղված գործողությունը:

«Անտառային համակարգի վերաբերյալ ստրատեգիական խնդիր ենք ձևակերպել ապօրինի հատումների դեմ արդյունավետ պայքարը`օգտագործելով ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական ձեռքբերումներ: Ծրագրում ներառել ենք անտառկառավարման համակարգի միասնականացումը, իսկ առաջնային տեղեկատվությունը բոլոր ռեսուրսների մասով, որպես հիմնարար ուղղություն, նախատեսել ենք, որ պետք է կյանքի կոչենք: Այդ թվում` նաև ջրային համակարգի, ինչպես նաև բուսական և կենդանական աշխարհի մասով»,- ասաց Մինասյանը` հավելելով, որ մեծ միջոցառումներ են նախատեսում հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում հետևանքները կանխարգելելու և ստեղծված վիճակը բարելավելու ի շահ էկոլոգիայի և շրջակա միջավայրի:

Նրա խոսքով` նախատեսել են միջոցառում էկոկրթություն և էկոդաստիարակության ուղղությամբ: Այդ թվում` ռազմավարության մշակում և կենսագործում: Նախարարը նշեց, որ ծրագրում էական տեղ են հատկացրել կառավարման համակարգի փոփոխությանը և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին: Դրա շրջանակում շեշտակի փոխվելու է թույլտվությունների և լիցենզիաների համակարգը` մեկ պատուհանի սկզբունքը ներդնելով և էլեկտրոնային համակարգը ձևավորելով, ինչը թույլ կտա քաղաքացիներին և սուբյեկտներին նվազագույն շփում ունենալով պետական պաշտոնյայի հետ՝ մատուցել առավելագույն արագ, որակյալ և բովանդակային ծառայություն:

«Սրանք բոլորը գործողություններ են, որոնք ենթադրում են անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ: Մենք մտադիր ենք չբեռնավորել պետբյուջեն այլ ավելի շատ օգտվել դրամաշնորհներից` մեծացնելով այդ ծրագրերի հասանելիությունը, թափանցիկությունը և պետբյուջեով դրանց տեղափոխումը: Ի տարբերություն այլ ոլորտների, բնապահպանությունն այն ոլորտն է, որը կարող է օգտակար լինել մեծածավալ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրեր երկիր բերելու համար: Միաժամանակ ցանկանում ենք, որ դրանք ստեղծեն պետական այնպիսի մեխանիզմ, որ դրանք ծրագրերի ավարտով պայմանավորված չդադարեն, այլ լինեն մշտապես գործող համակարգեր»,- ասաց նախարարը:
