Հունիսի 17-ին Սուրբ Մարիամ Աստվածածին եկեղեցում կայացավ երգիչ Մհերի եւ սիրելիի՝ Արմինեի պսակադրությունը: Երգչի հարսանիքից հետո բուռն քննարկման է արժանացել նրա հագուստը: Կարծիքներ կան, թե նա փորձել է նմանակել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի արքայազն Ուիլիամին, որը համազգեստ է կրել Քեյթ Միդլթոնի հետ իր հարսանիքին:
 
Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում Մհերի պրոդյուսեր Գեորգի Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ արքայազն Ուիլիամին նմանակելու խնդիր Մհերը չի ունեցել.
 
«Իրականում Մհերը ուզում էր իր հարսանիքին հետաքրքիր եւ ավելի շատ հանդիսավոր տեսք ունենար, որով կտարբերվեր մյուսներից: Բացի այս, մի քանի տարի առաջ, երբ Մհերն Արցախում երգեց «Հայաստան» երգը, նա կրկին եռագույնը հիշեցնող հագուստով ներկայացավ, եւ ուզում էր, որպեսզի հարսանիքին եւս եռագույնի էլեմենտ կրի: Արդյունքում, «Անահիտ Սիմոնյան» նորաձեւության տան հետ աշխատելով, եկան այն եզրակացության, որ կարմիր հանդերձանքը լավագույնս կսազի եռագույն ժապավենի հետ: Հետո կոստյումին ավելացան ոսկեգույն էլեմենտները, որը հիշեցնում է տոնական զինվորական համազգեստ: Այո, որոշ նմանություններ կան արքայազն Ուիլիամի հանդերձանքի հետ, սակայն դա եւս միանշանակ ասել չի կարելի, որովեհետեւ արքայազնի կոստյումն էլ հիշեցնում էր «Щелкунчик» մուլտֆիլմի հերոսի հանդերձանքին: Այսինքն, համեմատություններ տանելով, շատերի հագուստներում կարելի է ընդհանրություններ գտնել»,- նշեց պրոդյուսերը:
