Ադրբեջանի սահմանային ոստիկանության կողմից վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հատելիս նախօրեին ձերբակալված լրագրող Քյամրան Մահմուդովն ազատ է արձակվել Ղազախի շրջանի ոստիկանության բաժանմունքից: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին անձամբ լրագրողն է հայտնել ադրբեջանական Turan լրատվական գործակալությանը: Լրագրողը պատմում է, որ ոստիկաններն իրեն ձերբակալել են անհիմն և նույնիսկ ոստիկանական բաժանմունք տեղափոխելուց հետո ձերբակալության պատճառը չեն հայտնել:

«Ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում ինձ համար շատ բաներ այդպես էլ մնացին անհասկանալի, քանի որ ես այդպես էլ չհասկացա, թե ինձ ձերբակալելու պատճառն ինչն էր: Սակայն ամեն ինչ էլ շատ պարզ է. մեր երկրում լրագրողները իշխանությունների կողմից մեծ «ուշադրություն» են վայելում, և նրանց հետ ամեն պահի կարող է մի այսպիսի դեպք տեղի ունենալ»,- նշել է Մահմուդովը:

Լրագրողը պատրաստվում է դիմել դատարան՝ բացահայտելու իրեն երկրից դուրս չթողնելու հանգամանքը:

Ադրբեջանցի լրագրող Քյամրան Մահմուդովը վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հատելիս ձերբակալվել էր սահմանային ծառայություն իրականացնող ադրբեջանցի իրավապահների կողմից: Նրա փաստաբանի հայտնած տեղեկության համաձայն՝ լրագրող Մահմուդովին հայտնել էին, թե Ադրբեջանի ոստիկանությունն իր նկատմամբ հետախուզություն է հայտարարել:

Լրագրող Քյամրան Մահմուդովը համագործակցության մեջ էր ադրբեջանական մի շարք ընդդիմադիր լրատվական գործակալությունների և թերթերի հետ, որոնք աչքի են ընկնում Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին ուղղված իրենց քննադատություններով և մեծ հեղինակություն են վայելում ադրբեջանական հասարակության կողմից:
