Ջերմուկում տեղի ունեցան Կարեն Ասրյանի հուշամրցաշարի 2-րդ տուրի պարտիաները:

Երկրորդ տուրում ֆավորիտներ՝ Իգոր Կովալենկոն, Հրանտ Մելքումյանը և Զավեն Անդրիասյանը, հաղթանակներ տոնեցին: Տուրում գրանցվեցին նաև մի շարք անակնկալներ. պատանի շախմատիստ Շանթ Սարգսյանը լարված ընթացք ունեցած պարտիայում հաղթեց գրոսմայստեր Պավել Սմիրնովին, իսկ Գյումրին ներկայացնող Նորայր Թորոսյանը ուժեղ գտնվեց Հայաստանի չեմպիոն Հովհաննես Գաբուզյանից:

Կարեն Ասրյանի 10-րդ հուշամրցաշարում իր վստահ ելույթներն է շարունակում 16-ամյա շախմատիստուհի Աննա Սարգսյանը. առաջին տուրում հնդիկ գրոսմայստեր Դիփ Սենգուպտայի հետ ոչ-ոքի խաղալուց հետո, այս տուրում հաշտություն կնքեց հնդիկ միջազգային վարպետ Վիգնեշի հետ:

2-րդ տուրից հետո 15 շախմատիստ վաստակել են 2-ական միավոր և գլխավորում են աղյուսակը: Մեր շախմատիստներից առաջատարների թվում են՝  Հրանտ Մելքումյանը, Զավեն Անդրիասյանը, Հայկ Մարտիրոսյանը, Տիգրան Քոթանջյանը, Շանթ Սարգսյանը, Նորայր Թորոսյանը և Արմենակ Եղիազարյանը:
