Երևանում նախորդ տարվա հուլիսին լրագրողների գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու համար դատապարտվել է 7 մարդ

 Երևանում 2016թ. հուլիսյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ իրականացվում են բազմածավալ քննչական գործողություններ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հունիսի 26-ին Խոշտանգումների զոհերի աջակցության միջազգային օրվան նվիրված միջոցառման ժամանակ այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության վարչության պետի տեղակալ Կարեն Բիշարյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ տեղին չեն այն կարծիքները, որ հուլիսյան դեպքերի վերաբերյալ որևէ գործողություն չի իրականացվում:

«2016 թվականի հուլիսյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ ներկայումս հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվում է երկու քրեական գործ, որոնք դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ են: Դրանցից մեկը ընդգրկում է 2016  թվականի հուլիսի 17- 27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածը՝ Խորենացի փողոցում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները: Կատարված գործողությունների վերաբերյալ  մի քանի հոդվածներով  քրեական գործ է հարուցված»,- ընդգծեց Բիշարյանը:

Ըստ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության վարչության պետի տեղակալի՝ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել նաև ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից իրենց պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, փաստաբանների և լրագրողների գործողությունները խոչընդոտելու առնչությամբ:

«Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է և բազմածավալ քննչական գործողություններ են իրականացվում: Ներկա պահին լրագրողների գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու հետ կապված կա յոթ դատապարտված և մեկ անձի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ արդեն դատախազությունում է, ըստ որի՝ դատախազությունն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում որոշում կկայացնի:  Այսինքն՝ ներկայումս ունենք դատապարտված յոթ քաղաքացիներ, ընդ որում 7-ից 4-ը դատապարտվել են ազատազրկման»,- շեշտեց Բիշարյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ երկրորդ քրեական գործը վերաբերում է հուլիսի 19-20-ը Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած  իրադարձություններին: «Այստեղ նույնպես քրեական գործը հարուցված է լրագրողների, փաստաբանների գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու, ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու առնչությամբ»,- ասաց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության վարչության պետի տեղակալը և հավելեց, որ դեռևս վաղ է որևէ հետևություն անելը:

2016թ. հունիսի 17-ին մի խումբ զինված անձինք ներխուժեցին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գունդ: Դրան հաջորդող օրերին Խորենացի փողոցում և Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցան անկարգություններ: Մի խումբ մարդիկ հաջակցություն զինված անձանց իրականացնում էին ակցիաներ, որոնց ժամանակ հրահրվում էին անկարգություններ, եղել են նաև լրագրողների գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու դեպքեր: Զինված խմբի անդամները զենքը վայր դրեցին և իրավապահներին հանձնվեցին հուլիսի 31-ին:
