Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն արձագանքում է զինակոչիկների կամ ծնողների կողմից ներկայացված բոլոր դիմում-բողոքներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Տարբեր տեսակի պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար դիմում ենք պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, ինչպես նաև առաջարկում ենք, որպեսզի զինակոչիկի կրկնակի բուժզննում անցկացվի և հետևողական ենք լինում դրա պատշաճ իրականացմանը»,- ասաց Թաթոյանը և հավելեց, որ նույն գործընթացը իրականացվում է նաև զինծառայողների դեպքերում:

Օմբուդսմենի խոսքով՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին կից գործող զինծառայողների իրավունքների հարցերով հանձնաժողովում, որում ընդգրկված են հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, պարբերաբար հրավիրվում են ինչպես ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներ, այնպես էլ՝ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամներ:

«Այդ հանձնաժողովում քննարկվում ենք բոլոր խնդիրները՝ կապված զինծառայողների հետ: Ներկայումս նախապատրաստում ենք իրավական ակտերի փոփոխությունների նախագծեր, որոնք վերաբերում են համակարգում առկա թերությունները վերացնելուն»,- նշեց Թաթոյանը:

Հունիսի 24-ին տեղի ունեցած հանրապետական զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի նիստին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը կարևորել է զորակոչի ընթացքում արդարության ու թափանցիկության մթնոլորտի ապահովումն ու կոռուպցիոն երևույթների բացառումը: Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ պետք է լինել չափազանց հետևողական, խիստ վերահսկողությանտակ պահել ամառային զորակոչի ամբողջ գործընթացը, հատկապես բժշկական հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքը՝ անառողջ երիտասարդներիզորակոչը բացառելու, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ կեղծ հիվանդությունների և քրեորեն պատժելի այլ արարքների միջոցով զորակոչից խուսափողներինհայտնաբերելու, մեղավորների նկատմամբ համապատասխան պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու նպատակով:
