Տնտեսագետ Վիլեն Խաչատրյանը կարևորում է կառավարության ծրագրով նախանշված` 2022 թվականին 3 մլն զբոսաշրջիկների ներհոսքի ապահովման հետ մեկտեղ օտարերկրացիների այցելությունների թվի աճը: 

Խաչատրյանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց, որ իր կատարած հաշվարկների համաձայն` մինչև 2022 թվականը յուրաքանչյուր տարի զբոսաշրջիկների ներհոսքը պետք է ավելանա 300 հազարով:

«Ես մեր զբոսաշրջիկներին բաժանում են երկու խմբի` ծագումով հայեր և օտարերկրացիներ: Այստեղ ունենում ենք խնդիր, քանի որ զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ մասը ծագումով հայեր են, իսկ օտարերկրացիների այցելության բարձր ցուցանիշ ապահովելը բավականին բարդ է: Խնդիր ունենք կոնկրետ այդ թիվը մեծացնելու, քանի որ աշխարհում ապրող 7 մլն սփյուռքահայերի մենք չենք կարող ամեն տարի բերել Հայաստան, հետևաբար պետք է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների քաղաքացիների ուղղությամբ աշխատենք»,-ասաց տնտեսագետը:
