ԿԲ-ն անփոփոխ է թողել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը՝ 6 տոկոս

ԿԲ խորհուրդը հունիսի 27-ի նիստում  որոշեց անփոփոխ թողնել վերաֆինանսավորմանտոկոսադրույքը՝ սահմանելով 6.0%:

2017 թ. մայիսին արձանագրվել է 0.2% գնանկում՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա 0.7%-ի դիմաց, որի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճը շարունակել է ընդլայնվել՝ ամսվա վերջին կազմելով 1.6%: Հաշվի առնելով ընթացիկ գնաճային զարգացումները՝ ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ երկրորդ եռամսյակի արդյունքներով գնաճի վարքագիծն ընթանում է ծրագրված սցենարին համահունչ:

Արտաքին հատվածում համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի հեռանկարները շարունակում են դանդաղ բարելավվել, իսկ միջազգային ապրանքային շուկաներում դիտվել են կարճաժամկետ որոշ գնանկումայինդրսևորումներ: ԿԲ խորհուրդն առաջիկա ամիսներին արտաքին հատվածից էական գնաճային ազդեցություններ չի ակնկալում:

Խորհուրդն արձանագրում է, որ 2017 թ. երկրորդ եռամսյակում տնտեսական ակտիվության բարձր աճի տեմպերը պահպանվել են՝ պայմանավորված հանքարդյունաբերության, մատուցված ծառայությունների և առևտրի ոլորտներում գրանցված բարձր աճերով: Միևնույն ժամանակ, շարունակվում է ներքին պահանջարկի աստիճանական վերականգնումը՝ ինչը, զսպող հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականության պայմաններում, պայմանավորված է ԿԲ կողմից իրականացվող խթանող դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ազդեցությամբ, պահպանվող մակրոտնտեսական կայունությամբ և համեմատաբար ցածր գնաճային սպասումներով: Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալ զարգացումները, ինչպես նաև գնահատվող գնաճային ռիսկերի հավասարակշռվածությունը՝ ԿԲ խորհուրդը նպատակահարմար է գտնում անփոփոխ թողնել դրամավարկային պայմանները: Արդյունքում ակնկալվում է, որ գնաճը աստիճանաբար կշարունակի ավելանալ՝ 2017 թ. ձևավորվելով տատանումների թույլատրելի միջակայքում, իսկ կանխատեսվող հորիզոնում կայունանալով նպատակային ցուցանիշի շուրջ: ԿԲ-ն գտնում է, որ եթե մակրոտնտեսական զարգացումներն ընթանան կանխատեսվող սցենարով, դրամավարկային պայմանները որոշ ժամանակ կմնան անփոփոխ:

Այնուամենայնիվ, գնաճի վերականգնման հետագծից շեղման ռիսկերի դրսևորման պարագայում ԿԲ-ն համապատասխանորեն կճշգրտի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ուղղությունները՝ միջնաժամկետ հատվածում ապահովելով գնաճի նպատակի իրագործումը:
