 Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի ( Բունդեսթագ) կողմից հունիսի 29-ին ընդունված Եվրամիության Արևելյան գործընկերության քաղաքականության հետ կապված բանաձևից հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից կատարված բազմաթիվ խախտումներն ու կոռուպցիոն սկանդալները դարձել են Գեմանական հեռուստատեսության լայն քննարման առարկա:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Գերմանական ամենահայտնի ZDF հեռուստաընկերությունը Ադրբեջանի կոռուպցիոն սկանդալների և գործարքների վերաբերյալ տեսանյութ է հրապարակել:

Տեսանյությում անդրադարձ է կատարվել աշխարհում հայտնի խոշոր կոռուպցիոն սկանդալներին, որոնց մասնակցություն են ունեցել ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորները, ինչպես նաև ընտրակեղծարարություններին և կաշառակերության դեպքերին:

Գերմանիայի  խորհրդարանը (Բունդեսթագ) հունիսի 29-ին Եվրամիության Արևելյան գործընկերության քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ բանաձև էր ընդունել:

Բանաձևը քննարկվել էր Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի գլխավորած կոալիցիայի և Գերմանիայի Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նախաձեռնությամբ:

Փաստաթղթում խոսվում է նաև ԵՄ-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ: Նշվում է, որ չնայած Ադրբեջանը 2009-ից միացել է Արևելյան գործընկերությանը, անհրաժեշտ քայլեր չի ձեռնարկել  ԵՄ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և զարգացման ուղղությամբ:

«Ադրբեջանը փորձել է ԵՄ հետ հարաբերությունները սահմանափակել էներգետիկայի և առևտրի ոլորտներով: Մենք գտնում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանի և ԵՄ միջև ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթերում ոչ միայն էներգետիկայի հարցերին, այլ նաև ժողովրդավարությանը և մարդու իրավունքներին պետք է մեծ կարևորություն տրվի: Ցավոք Ադրբեջանի ավտորիտար և ռեպրեսիվ ռեժիմը մեծ խնդիրներ է ստեղծում հասարակության համար: Այդ իսկ պատճառով անհնարին է Ադրբեջանի և ԵՄ միջև խորը և համակողմանի համագործակցությունը: Շատ կարևոր է բանակցությունները եվրոպական արժեքների համատեքստում կազմակերպելը: Հույս ունենք, որ Եվրամության և Ադրբեջանի միջև ընդունվելիք փաստաթղթերը հիմնված կլինեն ժողովրդավարության սկզբունքների վրա և կարտացոլեն Ադրբեջանի կողմից հասարակական և անհատական իրավունքները պահպանելու կոնկրետ պարտավորություններ»,- նշված էր Բունդեսթագի հայտարարության մեջ:

«ԵՄ-Ադրբեջան համաձայնագրում պետք է ներառված լինեն դրույթներ ,որոնք կապահովեն այդ երկրում քաղաքացիական կուսակցությունների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ազատ գործունեությունը»,- ասված էր հայտարարության մեջ:
