Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը խոստանում է խիստ պատասխանատվության ենթարկել պետական նմուշի կեղծ դիպլոմներ տրամադրող մասնավոր բուհերին:

Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով մասնավոր մի շարք բուհերի կողմից դասընթացներին չմասնակցած և ավարտական քննություններին չներկայացած անձանց կեղծ դիպլոմներ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ում հարուցված քրեական գործերին, նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ որևէ մեկը իրավունք չունի նման կերպ կասկածի տակ դնել Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի որակը:

«Եթե իրենք քիչ ուսանող ունեն, չեն կարողանում աշխատել, թող մտածեն միավորվելու մասին, ոչ թե այդ ճանապարհով գնան: Դա անընդունելի է: Եթե ապացուցվի, որ բուհի ռեկտորն անձամբ դիպլոմներ է վաճառել, ապա այդ բուհի լիցենզիան պետք է վերցվի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Նա հավելեց, որ պետական բուհերն այդ առումով խիստ վերահսկողության տակ են, սակայն եթե ամեն դեպքում պետական բուհերում ևս նման դեպքեր լինեն, արմատապես կփոխվի ամբողջ կազմը և լիցենզիան վերցնելու խնդիր կդրվի:

Նախարարը չի կարծում, թե նման դեպքերը համատարած բնույթ են կրում, սակայն շեշտում է, որ պետությունն ամեն ինչ պետք է անի այդպիսի դեպքերը կանխելու համար: Նա համոզված է, որ արդյունավետ աշխատանքի դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի կանխել այդպիսի երևույթները:

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական վարչությունում քննվող մի քանի քրեական գործերով լայնածավալ օպերատիվ միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների իրականացման արդյունքում բացահայտվել են հանրապետության տարբեր ոչ պետական ԲՈՒՀ-երում բարձրագույն կամ մասնագիտական կրթության վերաբերյալ կեղծ հիմքերով ձևակերպված պետական նմուշի ավարտական դիպլոմների տրամադրման դեպքեր: Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության կողմից հավատարմագրված ու Երևան քաղաքում և մարզերում գործող որոշ ոչ պետական ԲՈՒՀ-երի ռեկտորներ շահադիտական դրդումներով կեղծ ավարտական դիպլոմներ են հատկացրել դասընթացներին չմասնակցած, իսկ առանձին դեպքերում՝ նաև ընթացիկ ու ավարտական քննություններին չներկայացած անձանց։ Հատկանշական է, որ կեղծ դիպլոմները տրամադրվել են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այլև օտարերկրյա, այդ թվում՝ Իրանի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Վրաստանի, ՌԴ-ի, Ուզբեկստանի և Իսրայելի մի քանի տասնյակ քաղաքացիների:
