Ուկրաինական Ռադայում գրանցվել է ՌԴ-ում ուկրաինացիների համերգներն արգելելու մասին օրինագիծ

Ուկրաինական «Ազատություն» ազգայնական կուսակցության պատգամավորները Գերագույն Ռադայում օրենքի նախագիծ են գրանցել խորհրդարանում, որն արգելում է ուկրաինացի արտիստների շրջագայությունները Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես նաև ռուս արտիստների ելույթներն Ուկրաինայում: Համապատասխան փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է Ռադայի պաշտոնական կայքում:

«Ուկրաինացի արտիստների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար նպատակահարմար է ագրեսորի տարածքներում և ժամանակավորապես օկուպացված տարածքում արգելել Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների կամ բնակիչների շրջագայությունների անցկացումները», - ասվում է օրինագծին կից բացատրական գրությունում:       

Դրանից բացի՝ նախաձեռնության հեղինակներն առաջարկել են «տեղեկատվական անվտանգության և պետության ապահովման նպատակով արգելել ռուս արտիստներին շրջագայություններ անցկացնել Ուկրաինայում, այդ թվում՝ օկուպացված տարածքում»:

ТАСС-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախաձեռնության հեղինակներն առաջարկել են բացառություն անել այն ռուս արտիստների համար, որոնք գրավոր ձևով կամ հրապարակայնորեն ընդունում են Ռուսաստանը որպես ագրեսոր, ինչպես նաև նրանց համար, ովքեր մշտապես բնակվում են Ուկրաինայի տարածքում: Պատգամավորներն առաջարկում են պատասխանատվության ենթարկել, այդ թվում՝ քրեական, այն արտիստներին, որոնք կփորձեն խախտել օրենքի նորմերը:
