Эту диету разработал европейский кардиолог. Основной источник белка здесь — яйца. Советуем вам покупать домашние яйца и органические фрукты.

Можете просто распечатать эту страницу и повесить на холодильник. Добавьте к этой диете 30 минут ежедневных упражнений, и вы сможете сбросить до 7 килограммов!

Это очень простая диета. Завтрак каждый день одинаковый: 1 порция любых фруктов (кроме бананов и винограда). Черника или ежевика — отличный вариант, потому что они содержат необходимые организму антиоксиданты.

1-й день.

Обед: 1 апельсин, стакан йогурта, 1 варёное яйцо.

Ужин: 2 варёных яйца, 2 тоста, ½ огурца или маленькая миска салата, 2 помидора.

2-й день.

Обед: 1 апельсин, стакан йогурта, 1 варёное яйцо.

Ужин: тост, 125 г красного мяса, чашка чая или кофе без сахара, 1 апельсин.

3-й день.

Обед: 1 огурец, 1 апельсин, 1 варёное яйцо.

Ужин: 125 г красного мяса, 1 апельсин, тост, чашка кофе или чая без сахара.

4-й день.

Обед: тост, 1 апельсин, 125 г творога.

Ужин: такой же, как в 3-й день.

5-й день.

 

Обед: тост, 200 г мяса или рыбы, 1 помидор.

Ужин: 225 г варёной моркови, картошки и горошка.

Советуем следовать этому плану 5 дней, затем сделать передышку на 2 дня и начать цикл снова. Овощи следует готовить без соли, а алкоголь — исключить полностью.
