Այսօր Ազգային ժողովն արտահերթ նիստում հաստատեց 2016 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականը: Նախքան քվեարկությունը «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդդիմադիրներին կոչ արեց չմասնակցել քվեարկությանը: Նա ասաց, որ այս պահին ՀՀԿ ու ՀՅԴ անդամների ձայները չեն բավականացնում հաստատելու բյուջեի կատարողականը, եթե ընդդիմադիրները չմասնակցեն քվեարկությանը:

Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ իր գործընկերոջ կողմից առաջ քաշվող թեզը իրականության հետ որեւէ կապ չունի. «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաշվի չէր առել այն պատգամավորներին, ովքեր թեեւ գտնվում են գործուղման մեջ, այնուամենայնիվ, քվերակել են: Կար նաեւ տեխնիկական խնդիր՝ Վահան Հարությունյանի քվեարկության կոճակը չէր սեղմվում: Պետք է նշեմ, որ եթե որոշումն անցկացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ էր 53 ձայն, ապա այս դեպքում ՀՀԿ-ն ապահովում էր 54 ձայն ու դեռ մի բան էլ ավել: Այս առումով մենք մեր դիրքորոշումը եւ՛ քննարկումների ժամանակ, եւ՛ խմբակցության անունից ներկայացրել ենք, մեր մոտեցումը եղել է դեմ: Չքվեարկելու պարագայում իրականության մեջ որեւէ բան չէր փոխվելու» :
