Ռուսաստանը միշտ, հիմա առավել ևս, փորձում է կոմպլեմենտար երևալ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերություններում, ուստի ինձ համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչո՞ւ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հանկարծ հիմա իր դժգոհությունն արտահայտեց հայազգի ՌԴ քաղաքացիներին Բաքու չթողնելու կամ նրանց նկատմամբ վատ վերաբերմունք դրսևորելու դեպքերի առիթով: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

Նշենք, որ օրերս պաշտոնական Մոսկվան իր մտահոգությունն էր արտահայտել Ադրբեջան ժամանող Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ազգային պատկանելությամբ պայմանավորված խտրական վերաբերմունքի վերաբերյալ: Բաքվից հայտարարությանն արձագանքել էին ասելով, թե «Ադրբեջանը հարկադրված է մի շարք մարդկանց հանդեպ կիրառել համապատասխան կարգավորումներ»: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն պատասխանել էր, որ այս դեպքերը «վայրենություն» են:

Գ. Համբարյանն ասաց, որ միանշանակ դրական է, որ պաշտոնական Մոսկվան որոշել է հարցը բարձրաձայնել: «Փաստեր կան, որ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր ունեն հայկական արմատներ, Բաքվում նաև ձերբակալում են, բանտերում բավական տանջանքների են ենթարկում: Վերջապես սայլը տեղից շարժվում է, ռուսական կողմը բացահայտ բողոք է արտահայտում՝ իր քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանում վարվող խտրական քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Գագիկ Համբարյանը միաժամանակ զարմանք հայտնեց, որ «յան» ազգանվամբ մեր հայրենակիցները մեկնում են Բաքու: «Անտրամաբանություն դրսևորելով այդ մարդիկ մեկնում են Ադրբեջան, ընկնում են նման պատմությունների մեջ»,- նշեց Համբարյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ տեղի ունեցածը նախադեպ է և ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն պետք է օգտագործի սա Բաքվի դեմ՝ ցույց տալու, թե ինչ ֆաշիստական երկիր է հարևան Ադրբեջանը, որովհետև նման դեպքերը միայն հայազգի ՌԴ քաղաքացիներին չի վերաբերում:

«ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը պետք է ներկայացվի միջազգային հանրությանը, բարձրաձայնվի խնդիրը, ներկայացվի ապացույց, որ Ադրբեջանն, այսպիսով, ազգային խտրականություն է կիրառում, հայերին վերաբերում են որպես թշնամիներ, անգամ այն հայերին, ովքեր ՀՀ քաղաքացի չեն ու երրորդ երկրից են մեկնում Ադրբեջան»,- նշեց քաղաքագետը:
