Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով, այսօր Դանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան է նշանակվել նախկինում արտգործնախարար, 2008թ. Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի շտաբի ղեկավար Ալիկ Արզումանյանը:

Արզումանյանը, չնայած նրան, որ լքել էր ՀԱԿ-ը, սակայն շարունակում էր մնալ ընդդիմադիր ճամբարում: 2012թ. նա Ժառանգություն-Ազատ դեմոկրատներ դաշինքով հայտնվեց Ազգային ժողովում, իսկ այս տարվա պառլամենտական ընտրություններում նրա անունը որևէ ցուցակում չկար:

Բնականաբար Արզումանյանի նշանակումը պետական պաշտոնի տեղիք է տալու քննարկումների այն մասին, որ հերթական ընդդիմադիրն ընկրկեց ու «ծախվեց»: Այդպես են հատկապես իրենց շեշտադրումները դնում Արզումանյանի նախկին թիմակից կոնգրեսականները, որոնց գնահատականները Արզումանյանի հանդեպ կոշտ էին նրա ՝ Կոնգրեսը լքելու պահից սկսած, իսկ հիմա ավելի կկոշտանան:

Սակայն, Կոնգրեսի ցասումից առավել կարևոր է հանրության արձագանքն ու վերաբերմունքն այս ամենին: Ինչպես է սովորական քաղաքացին,առավել ևս ընդդիմադիր կամ հակաիշխանական դիրքավորվող քաղաքացին վերաբերվելու այս փաստին: Բնականաբար վատ: 

Եվ պատճառն այն չէ, որ Արզումանյանը վատ դիվանագետ է, կամ իրավունք չուներ ստանձնել այդ պաշտոնը: Մեծ հաշվով խնդիրն այն չէ, որ նա ընդդիմությունից տեղափոխվել է պետական պաշտոնի: Միգուցե, հասկանալով, որ ընդդիմադիր դաշտում այլևս անելիք ու ասելիք չունի, նա որոշել է մասնագիտական գործով զբաղվել և որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ դիվանագետ աշխատանքի է անցել որպես դեսպան:

Խնդիրն այն է, որ այս մասին մենք չենք իմացել հենց պարոն Արզումանյանից: Բնականաբար դեսպան նշանակվելու որոշումը մեկ օրում չի կայացվել, թե նշանակողը, թե նշանակվողն այդ մասին իմացել են ավելի վաղ: Բայց Արզումանյանը հարկ չի համարել այդ մասին տեղյակ պահել հանրությանը և իրականությունը հայտնի է դարձել միայն Սարգսյանի հրամանագրից հետո: Արզումանյանին, բնականաբար, մամուլի ներկայացուցիչները կտան հարցեր այն մասին, թե ինչու նման որոշում կայացրեց, նա էլ ինչ-որ պատասխան կտա ՝ հետահայաց պատասխան:

Սակայն, պարզ է, որ Արզումանյանի դիրքափոխությունը տեղի է ունեցել փակ սենյակում, հանրության աչքից հեռու: Եվ իր այդ դիրքափոխության մասին մենք չենք իմացել հենց Արզումանյանից: Իսկ այս գաղտնիությունը իր հերթին հերթական ջրի խմբաքանակն է լցնում այն մտայնության ջրաղացին, որ ընդդիմադիրները «ծախված են» կամ գտնվում են իշխանության հետ գաղտնի երկխոսության մեջ: Այլ բան մտածել ու ենթադրել հասարակությունը չի կարող, որովհհետև հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիրները բավական հեռու են հանրային պատասխանատվությունից ու հրապարակայնությունից:
