Ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող Բաքվի դատարանում հուլիսի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը:

Դատավոր Ալովսաթ Աբասովի ղեկավարությամբ ընթացող նիստում ավարտվել է Լապշինի գործով դատաքննությունը: Դատախազը պահանջել է դատարանից իրեն ժամանակ տրամադրել մեղադրական ելույթի համար:

Դատապրոցեսը կշարունակվի հուլիսի 14-ին:

Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգերին սպառնում է քրեական հետապնդում 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: Երկու հոդվածներով Լապշինին սպառնում է մինչև 5-8 տարվա ազատազրկում:

Լապշինի կինը՝ Եկատերինան, պարբերաբար իր մտահոգություններն է հայտնում ամուսնու առողջական վիճակի մասին՝ ընդգծելով, որ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները սխալ տեղեկատվություն են տարածում՝ ասելով, թե նա իրեն նորմալ է զգում: Եկատերինան հայտնել է, որ բանտարկվելուց հետո Լապշինի մոտ սկսվել է տախիկարդիա և նյարդացավ: Բացի այդ, նա ցավեր ունի գոտկատեղի հատվածում և ոտքում, ինչի հետևանքով դժվարությամբ է տեղաշարժվում: Եկատերինան ահազանգել է, որ նման առողջական վիճակ ունեցող մարդուն պետք է լուրջ բուժզննման ուղարկել հիվանդանոց, այլ ոչ թե բուժել մեկուսարանի բուժկետում:
