Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանի Ռևոլյուցիա հաղորդման ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանդես եկավ մի շարք ուշագրավ հայտարարություններով: Հարցազրույցի հիմնական մասը վերաբերում էր արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, ղարաբաղյան խնդրին ու հայաստանյան զինված ուժերին: Բայց խոսվեց նաև ներքաղաքական հարցերի մասին:

Գլխավոր հարցին ի պատասխան, թե ով պետք է լինի վարչապետ, Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասեց, թե դա էական չէ, բավարար ժամանակ կա մինչ այդ հարցը, ինչպես նաև հավելեց, որ Հայաստանը փոխել է կառավարման համակարգը ու անձերը քիչ բան են որոշում: Ամենից առավել Սարգսյանը կարևորեց այն փաստը, որ ընտրություններից հետո ոչ ոք դուրս չեկավ փողոց ու չպահանջեց հեղափոխություն:

Սերժ Սարգսյանի այս խոսքերը շատ անկեղծ են, ինչքան էլ որ ցինիկ տոնայնությաբ չհնչեն: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների ամբողջ նպատակը Սարգսյանի համար հենց սա էր ՝ հասնել մի կետի, որ ընտրություններից հետո ոչ ոք փողոց դուրս չգա ու չպահանջի վիճարկել ընտրությունների արդյունքները կամ չփորձի իշխանափոխության պահանջ դնել:

Եվ պետք է ասել, որ իր նպատակին Սարգսյանը հասավ: Հասավ նաև նրանով, որ նախագահական համակարգը վերացնելով վերացրեց այն մի պաշտոնը, որի հետ հասարակությունը կապում էր երկրում տեղի ունեցողի պատասխանատվությունը: Այժմ ֆորմալ առումով պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է կոլեկտիվ մարմին ՝ կուսակցությունը և նա է որոշելու վարչապետին: Երբ Սարգսյանն ասում է, թե էական չէ, ինքը կլինի վարչապետ, թե ոչ, նկատի ունի հենց սա: Այսուհետ պատասխանատվությունը լինելու է ՀՀԿ-ի վրա: Որովհետև ֆորմալ հենց ՀՀԿ-ն է նշանակելու վարչապետին:

Մնում է միայն նայել, թե այս նոր, պատասխանատվություն վերցնող ՀՀԿ-ն ինչ կազմ ունի: Իսկ նայելու դեպքում կտեսնենք, որ այս նոր ՀՀԿ-ն կազմված է մարդկանցից, ովքեր իրենց կարիերայով պարտական են բացառապես Սարգսյանին: Սարգսյանից անկախ սուբյեկտներ ՀՀԿ առաջին շարքերում չկան: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հեռացել է: Իսկ քիչ թե շատ ինքնուրույն հանրապետականները, կամ այսպես ասած պառլամենտի ռեյտինգայինները մղվել են երկրորդ պլան: Նրանց հասկացվել է, որ իրենց հիմնական ֆունկցիան ձայն բերելն է, ինչի դիմաց նրանք ստացել են բիզնեսով հանգիստ զբաղվելու իրավունք:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը հաղթել է բոլորին ՝ Տեր-Պետրոսյանին, Քոչարյանին, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանին, Սասնա ծռերին, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին: Մնացել էր հաղթել միայն ժողովրդին, որ վերջինս փողոց դուրս չգա: Ժողովրդին էլ հաղթեց Սարգսյանը: Միայն թե, պարտված ժողովրդով կառավարել պատերազմող երկիր ու կառուցել ազգ-բանակ, այդքան էլ հեշտ չի լինելու: Մանավանդ, որ փողոց դուրս գալը դժգոհության միակ ու վերջին հանգրվանը չէ: Փողոց դուրս չգալը բերում է ապատիայի, արտագաղթի կամ մի այնպիսի իրավիճակի, երբ հերթական Սասնա ծռերի հանդեպ ձևավորվում է հասարակական լայն համակրանք:
