Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը աջակցելու է Թուրքիայում կալանավորված գերմանական Die Welt պարբերականի թղթակից Դենիզ Յուջելի փաստաբանի կողմից Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան ներկայացված դիմումին: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է արել Գերմանիայի արդարադատության նախարարությունը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ն:

Այսպիսով, Գերմանիայի ու Թուրքիայի քաղաքացի Դենիզ Յուջելի դեմ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական համաձայնագրի դրույթներին հակասող գործողություններ իրականացնելու գործով ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված գործում Գերմանիան հանդես է գալու որպես երրորդ կողմ:

«Դենիզ Յուջելը կալանավորվել է 155 օր առաջ, սակայն նրա դեմ դեռ մեղադրական չի կազմվել: Հաշվի առնելով, որ այս վերաբերմունքը դեմ է օրինական պետության սկզբունքներին՝ Գերմանիան աջակցելու է Դենիզ Յուջելի կողմից ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված դիմումին: Անընդունելի է այն փաստը, որ Յուջելը որպես կասկածյալ չի կարողանում օգտվել իր իրավունքներից»,- նշել է Գերմանիայի վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Փիթեր Ալթմայերը:

Գերմանիայի ու Թուրքիայի քաղաքացի Դենիզ Յուջելը թղթակցում էր գերմանական Die Welt պարբերականին: Փետրվարի 14-ին նա ձերբակալվել, ապա փետրվարի 27-ին կալանավորվել է: Նա մեղադրվում է «ահաբեկչության քարոզչություն իրականացնելու, ժողովրդին ատելության ու թշնամանքի դրդելու մեջ»: Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը նրան անվանել է «Գերմանիայի լրտես»: Ինքը` լրագրողը, հերքել է իրեն ներկայացված մեղադրանքները:

Գերմանիայի իշխանությունները բազմիցս հորդորել են թուրքական կողմին ազատ արձակել լրագրողին և չխոչընդոտել նրա մասնագիտական գործունեությունը:

ՄԻԵԴ-ը որոշում է կայացրել Յուջելի գործը հրատապության կարգով, ամենակարճ ժամկետներում քննելու մասին:
