Խնդիրներին տեղում ծանոթանալու նպատակով Շիրակի մարզպետն աշխատանքային այցեր է իրականացնում համայնքներ

Մարզի գյուղական համայնքների խնդիրներին տեղում ծանոթանալու նպատակով Շիրակի մարզպետն աշխատանքային այցեր է իրականացնում տարածաշրջաններ: Հուլիսի 19-ին Արթուր Խաչատրյանը Անիի տարածաշրջանի համայնքներում էր: Այցելության առաջին կանգառը Անիավան համայնքում էր, մինչ համայնքի բնակիչների հետ հանդիպումը Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը եղավ սահմանային ուղեկալում՝ պատմական Անի մայրաքաղաքի ավերակները դիտելու, այնուհետև մարզային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները այցելեցին Երերույքի տաճար, որը դեռ 1995 թվականից ընդգրկված է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի համաշխարհային ժառանգության նախնական ցանկ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Շիրակի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակության հետ կապերի բաժնից, օրվա ընթացքում Արթուր Խաչատրյանը եղել է նաև Անիավան, Անիպեմզա, Բագրավան, Գուսանագյուղ, Ջրափի և տարածաշրջանի մի շարք այլ համայնքներում, հանդիպել գյուղերի բնակիչների հետ, քննարկվել մարզին ու գյուղերին հետաքրքրող մի շարք ծրագրեր: Տարածաշրջանի համայնքներին հուզող հիմնահարցերից էին խմելու և ոռոգման ցանցերի նորոգման հարցերը, տանիքների նորոգումը, հակակարկտային կայանների տեղադրումը:

«Խոսքը երկարաժամկետ ու կարճաժամկետ խնդիրների գույքագրումն է, պետք է կարողանանք հասկանալ հստակորեն համայնքներն իրապես ինչի կարիք ունեն, ինչ ծրագրեր պետք է իրականացնենք, որ այսուհետ խոսենք ոչ թե վնասի փոխհատուցման, այլ արդյունավետ զարգացման մասին: Խոսքս արդյունավետ ժամանակակից հակակարկտային կայանների՝ հրթիռային կայանների մասին է: Կառավարություն մենք արդեն դիմել ենք, որպեսզի Շիրակի մարզը ևս ընդգրկվի նշյալ պիլոտային ծրագրում, այդ նպատակով էլ մարզին հատկացված հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման ծրագրից գումարներ կհատկացնենք»,- բնակիչների հետ զրույցում նշել է Շիրակի մարզպետը:

Համայնքներ այցելությունից հետո Արթուր Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ Մարալիկի քաղաքապետարանում խորհրդակցություն է անցկացվել արդեն Անիի տարածաշրջանի համայնքապետերի մասնակցությամբ: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում մարզպետը լսել է համայնքապետերին հուզող հիմնահարցերը, այնուհետև հանձնարարել համայնքների ղեկավարներին առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում մշակել և մարզպետարան ներկայացնել իրենց մտահոգող հիմնական մի քանի խնդիրներ: Արթուր Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձել է նաև համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման, համայնքներում աղբահանության խնդիրներին:
