Մադուրոն խոստացել է բանտարկել խորհրդարանի նշանակած գերագույն դատարանի դատավորներին

Վենեսուելայի նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոն կիրակի խոստացել է բանտարկել երկրի գերագույն դատարանի բոլոր դատավորներին, որոնց նշանակել է ընդդիմադիր Ազգային վեհաժողովը, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

Շաբաթ Sebin հետախուզության բոլիվարական ծառայության աշխատակիցներն արդեն ձերբակալել են փաստաբան Անխել Սարպային, որը գերագույն դատարանի դատավորի երդումը ուրբաթ էր տվել: Խորհրդարանը ընդամենը 13 դատավորի եւ նրանց 20 տեղակալների է նշանակել: Գերագույն դատարանը դեռեւս մինչ այս նշանակումները նրանց լեգիտիմությունից զրկել էր:

«Նրանք բոլորը, մեկը մյուսի հետեւից բանտ կմտնեն, եւ բոլորի ունեցվածքն ու հաշիվները կսառեցվեն»,- հայտարարել է Մադուրոն իր ամենշաբաթյա հեռուստածրագրի եթերում:

Նախագահը նման խիստ միջոցառումները պատճառաբանել է զուգահեռ պետություն ստեղծելու ընդդիմության ծրագրերի առկայությամբ:  «Հաջորդ շաբաթ նրանք կհայտարարեն նոր ազգային ընտրական խորհրդի ստեղծման մասին, որը կեղծ է, ոչ սահմանադրական եւ ապօրինի»,- ասել է Մադուրոն:

Խորհրդարանի եւ գերագույն դատարանի միջեւ առճակատումը սկսվել է ընդդիմադիր վեհաժողովի իրավասությունները դատարանին փոխանցելուց հետո, որն իր գործառույթներից մասնակի զրկվել է իշխանության մյուս թեւերի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքի պատճառով:
