ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ կրտսեր սերժանտ Վարդան Արտավազդի Մելքոնյանի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ հուլիսի 23-ին` ժամը 06.30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մերձակա տարածքում` կախված վիճակում, հայտնաբերվել է պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտ Վարդան Մելքոնյանի դին։ Դեպքի առթիվ չորրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 2017թ. հուլիսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 23:30 -ի սահմաններում, կրտսեր սերժանտի նկատմամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի դիվիզիոնի կենցաղսպասարկման սենյակում ծառայակցի կողմից կիրառվել է բռնություն: Ծառայակիցը ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 358-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
