Հայտնի են դարձել նոր մանրամասներ Փասադենայում սպանված 5-ամյա Արամազդ Անդրեսյանի ծնողների ապահարզանի մասին։

Դատարանի փաստաթղթերի համաձայն, որոնք հրապարակել է Pasadena Star News թերթը, տղայի ծնողներն անցել են բարդ ապահարզանի միջով՝ երեխայի առեւանգության փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներով ու երեխայի այցելությունները դատարանով արգելելու՝ մոր պահանջով, հայտնում է Los Angeles CBS Local-ը։

Երեխայի հայրը՝ Արամազդ Անդեսյանը ու նրա կինը՝ Դոննա Էստեվեցը, ուզում էին միանձնյա խնամակալություն ստանալ երեխայի հանդեպ, վախենալով, որ իրենցից որևէ մեկը կարող է երեխայի հետ փախչել՝ հայրը Իրան կամ Հայաստան, իսկ մայրը՝ Կուբա։

Անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին Էստեվեզը խնդրել է դատարանին արգելել հոր ու երեխայի տեսակցությունները, քանի որ պարզել էր, որ իր նախկին ամուսինը խաբել էր իրեն աշխատանքի հարցում։ Անդրեասյան ավագն աշխատել էր ITT Technical Institute –ում մինչեւ 2012-ը, սակայն հավաստիացնում էր, որ դեռ աշխատում է այնտեղ։

Վերջապես տղայի հայրը ոստիկանությանը պատմել է, որ փոքրիկ Արամազդի հանդեպ սեռական ոտնձգություններ է անում իր նախկին կնոջ բոյֆրենդի 13-ամյա որդին։

Էստեվեզն էլ պնդում է, որ որդին իրեն ասել է այն մասին, որ հայրը «փորձում է վնասել մորը, որպեսզի նա հայտնվի հիվանդանոցում, իսկ ես մնամ նրա հետ»։

Ապրիլին ծնողները պայմանավորվել են, որ տղան մեկ շաբաթ մեկի հետ անցկացնի, հաջորդ շաբաթը՝ մյուսի։ Անդրեսյան ավագին բաժին է ընկել առաջին շաբաթը, որից հետո տղային ոչ ոք չի տեսել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Անա Էստվեզը հայտնել էր իր որդու՝ Արամազդի անհետացման մասին ապրիլի 22-ին, երբ երեխայի հայրը չէր ներկայացել Սան Մարինոյում հանդիպման՝ երեխային փոխանցելու համար։ Այդ նույն օրը երեխայի հայրը՝ Հարավային Փասադենայի բնակիչ Արամազդ Անդրեսյան ավագը, հայտնաբերվել է անգիտակից վիճակում՝ իր մեքենայից ոչ հեռու։ Տղայի մարմինը գտել են Սանտա Բարբարա շրջանի Քաչումա լճի մոտ ։ Մարմինը գտել են այն օրը, երբ երեխայի հորը՝ Արամազդ Անդրեսյանին Լոս Անջելեսից Լաս Վեգաս էին տեղափոխել, որտեղ նրան կալանավորել են որդու սպանության մեջ կասկածանքով։

35-ամյա Արամազդ Անդրեսյանը իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել 5-ամյա որդու սպանության մեջ։ Անդրեասյանին սպառնում է մինչեւ 25 տարվա ազատազրկում։
