Վենեսուելայի Սահմանադրական ասամբլեայի ընտրություններին մասնակցությունը կազմել Է 41,53 տոկոս

 Ավելի քան 8 միլիոն ընտրողներ են հուլիսի 30-ին մասնակցել Վենեսուելայի Սահմանադրական ասամբելայի (ՍԱ) ընտրություններին, այն կազմել Է 41,53 տոկոս: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտնել Է Ազգային ընտրական խորհրդի ղեկավար Տիբիսայ Լուսենան:

«Հավասարակշռությունը շատ դրական Է, որովհետեւ շահեց հաշտությունը, իսկ երբ շահում Է հաշտությունը չնայած բռնությանը, վենեսուելացիները կարողացան արտահայտել իրենց կարծիքը»,- ասել Է Լուսենան: Նույն օր ավելի վաղ Վենեսուելայի Միասնական սոցիալիստական կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Դյոսադիո Կաբլիոն հայտայարել Է, որ ընտրություններին մասնակցությունը «ռեկորդային» Էր:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, ընդդիմության կարծիքով՝ վենեսուելացիները բնավ չԷին շտապում ընտրատեղամասեր քվեարկության համար: Ընդդիմության առաջնորդներից մեկի՝ Էնրիկե Կապրիլեսի պնդումներով՝ «մասնակցությունը չի հասել նույնիսկ 15 տոկոսի, որն անհրաժեշտ Է (հանրաքեում – ծանոթ. խմբ.) Սահմանադրական ասամբլեայի գումարման համար՝ Վենեսուելայի Բոլիվարիական Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 348-րդ հոդվածին համապատհասխան: Ազգային ասամբլեայի խոսնակ Խուլիո Բորխեսը հուլիսի 30-ին կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում պատմել Է, որ իշխանությունները մտադիր են հայտարարել, թե քվեարկությանը մասնակցել Է «8,5 միլիոն մարդ»:

Մայիսին նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոյի կայացրած որոշումը Սահմանադրական ասամբլեայի գումարման մասին, ընդ որում առանց նախնական հանրաքվեի անցկացման, հանգեցրել Է երկրի իրադրության սրման, որն այդ պահի դրությամբ արդեն մեկ ամիս Է ցնցում են խոշոր հակակառավարական ելույթները: Այս պահին ընդդիմության կողմից կազմակերպվող՝ բողոքի ակցիաների ընթացքում զոհվել Է ավելի քան 110 մարդ, հազարավորները տուժել են: Իշխանությունները ձերբակալել են ցույցերի շուրջ 4,9 հազար մասնակիցների, որոնցից գրեթե 1,4 հազարը մինչ օրս մնում Է կալանքի տակ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
