Անցնած շաբաթվա վերջում վարչապետի մարզային այցելությունները Վայոց ձոր և Սյունիք ֆեյսբուքում բավականին հումորային իրավիճակ էին ստեղծել: Վարչապետի կոչերը Վայոց ձորը Տոսկանիա, իսկ Սյունիքը՝ Իսրայել սարքելու, հուպ տալու մասին, դարձել են համացանցային լեզվով ասած ՝ մեմի առարկա: Ինչու՞ է այնպես ստացվում, որ դեռևս մի քանի ամիս առաջ հույսեր ներշնչող վարչապետը այսօր ոչ միայն չի քննադատվում, այլև լուրջ վերաբերմունքի էլ չի արժանանում: Կամ, ո՞րն է նպատակը, երբ խնդիրների լուծումը Երևանում է, գնալ մարզեր ու մուննաթ գալ մարզպետների, գյուղապետերի վրա: 

Վարչապետի հանդեպ հանրային համակրանքի բաղադրիչներից գլխավորը, նրա տեսքի, խոսքի և դրական աուրային զուգահեռ, խոստացված ներդրումներն էին: Ներդրողների հայ-ռուսական ակումբը, սակայն, չի շտապում անել խոստացած գործը: Ներդրումների խոստումներն էլ դադարել են: Հիմա, հանձնարարականներից բացի, վարչապետը փորձում է հուպ տալ տեղական իշխանություններին ՝ մարզպետներին և գյուղապետերին:

Եվս մեկ թաքնված նպատակ էլ կարող է լինել: Վարչապետը փորձում է հեռանալու և նահանջի ճանապարհ հարթել և դա անում է տեղական իշխանությունների միջոցով: Մեղքը բարդելով մարզպետարանների վրա, վարչապետը հետո կարող է հայտարարել, որ մենակ է մնացել համակարգի դիմաց, չի ստացվում աշխատել, որովհետև մյուսները չեն աշխատում: Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Կարապետյանը ցանկանում է հեռանալ, բայց բավարար պատճառաբանություններ չի գտնում, ոչ կընդունվի Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից: Ամեն դեպքում պիտի հիշեցնենք պարոն վարչապետին, որ մարզերում որևէ բան հուպ տալուց առաջ լավ կլիներ հուպ տալ լայնածավալ ներդրումները, որոնք խոստացվում էին Հայաստանում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու համար:
