Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացին 17 տարի Ադրբեջանում գերության մեջ է եղել, և գերությունից ազատվել է միայն ոստիկանական հատուկ գործողությունների արդյունքում:

Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել Ուկրաինայի ազգային ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Վյաչեսլավ Աբրոսկին:

Աբրոսկին հայտնել է, որ ներկայումս քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում ադրբեջանական գերուն հայրենիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ուկրաինայի փոխվոստիկանապետի փոխանցմամբ` 65-ամյա ուկրաինացին 1991 թվականից պարբերաբար մեկնել է Ադրբեջան արտագնա աշխատանքի, բայց  1999 թվականին գործատուներից մեկը նրան ենթարկել է ֆիզիկական բռնության և ստիպել ստրկական աշխատանք կատարել:

Հետագայում նրան բազմիցս «վաճառել են»  տարբեր մարդկանց մոտ տնային տնտեսություններում աշխատեցնելու նպատակով: 2016 թվականի ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի իրավապահները  Բաքվի անասնաբուծական ֆերմաներից մեկում հատուկ գործողություններ իրականացնելու ժամանակ ազատագրել են նրան:

Այդ ժամանակ տղամարդը գտնվել է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում. չի կարողացել խոսել, ընկալել իրականությունը, ներկայացնել, թե ինչ է կատարվել իր հետ:

Պետական մարմինների հսկողության ներքո նա անցել է երկարատև բժշկական վերականգնողական կուրս և ներկայումս իրեն լավ է զգում:

Այս տղամարդը  անհետանալուց 13 տարի անց ուկրաինական դատարանի կողմից ճանաչվել էր անհետ կորած և նրա գրանցումը հանվել էր ռեգիստրից, նա հարազատներ չունի:

2017թ-ի մարտին  այս տղամարդուն տվել են ուկրաինական անձնագիր, և Ուկրաինայի ոստիկանությունը Ադրբեջանում Ուկրաինայի դեսպանատան հետ համատեղ սկսել է զբաղվել տղամարդուն հայրենիք վերադարձնելու գործերով:
