Բնականաբար, իշխանությունների ոչ բոլոր որոշումները կարող են լինել բացասական և ի վնաս ժողովրդի: Եվ երբ որևէ ոչ բացասական, նույնիսկ միգուցե դրական որոշում կամ նախաձեռնություն մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ, դեռ չուսումնասիրած և անտեղյակ, սվիններով են դիմավորում և միանգամից դեմ դուրս գալիս դրան, դա ինչ-որ տեղ կարելի է հասկանալ: Վերջիվերջո, մարդիկ, հնարավոր է, ուղղորդված լինեն ինչ-որ ուժերի կողմից, սխալ տեղեկացված լինեն կամ ընդհանրապես չտեղեկացված, մատուցվող նորույթը ուսումնասիրած և դրական կողմերին ծանոթացած չլինեն, սա հնարավոր է և հասկանալի: Սակայն երբ խոսքը ոչ թե մի խումբ քաղաքացիների, այլ քաղաքական գործչի, այլընտրանքային օլիգարխիկ կուսակցության ներկայացուցչի, Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորի և վերջապես՝ տնտեսագիտական գիտությունների դոկտորի մասին է, դա արդեն չի տեղավորվում տրամաբանության շրջանակներում:
Այս անգամ իր հանճարով փայլատակել է ԲՀԿ-ական Միքայել Մելքումյանը, ով ասել է, որ չի ծանոթացել Կառավարության 2015թ բյուջեի նախագծին, սակայն գտնում է, որ այն զարգացման բյուջե չի կարող լինել, այլ ընդամենը գոյատևման բյուջե է, և ընդհանրապես՝ իրատեսական չէ: Այսինքն, չի ծանոթացել, բայց գիտի, թե ինչպիսին է այն: Փաստորեն, Միքայել Մելքումյանը նաև թաքնված էքստրասենս է՝ տելեպատիայի հատկություններով օժտված:
Սա հիշեցնում է արդեն ժողովրդական դարձած մի ասացվածք՝ «Ես ինքս բանան չեմ կերել, բայց հորոխպորս տղու հարևանը տեսել ա, թե ոնց են ուտում»: Նմանատիպ մի դեպք էլ տեղի ունեցավ օրերս, երբ հեռուստատեսային թոք-շոուներից հայտնի Կոմիտաս Վարդապետին հրավիրեցին ԱԱԾ հարցաքննության, որովհետև վերջինս հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանում սեռական այլասերություն քարոզող աղանդ կա և որ Հայաստանում աղանդները դրսից ստանում են տարեկան կես միլիարդ դոլար և այլն: Իսկ հարցաքննության ժամանակ վարդապետն ասել էր, որ այդ մասին լսել է մի երիտասարդից, որն էլ սրճարանում նստած ժամանակ լսել է կողքի սեղանի խոսակցությունը: Աբսուրդայնության տեսանկյունից շատ իրար նման իրավիճակներ են, սակայն Կոմիտաս վարդապետը գոնե լսել էր մեկից, ով լսել էր մյուսից, իսկ Միքայել Մելքումյանը նույնիսկ չի էլ լսել, չի էլ կարդացել, նա ուղղակի ասում է՝ վատն է ու վերջ: Վատն է, որովհետև իշխանություններինն է, ուրեմն միանշանակ պետք է դեմ գնալ, ծանոթանալու կարիք էլ չկա:
Սա արդեն ոչ թե ընդդիմադիրի վարքագիծ է, այլ պարզապես ընդդիմանալու մոլուցք: Եվ քանի որ քաղաքագիտության մեջ այդ մոլուցքի, այդ երևույթի վերաբերյալ չեմ տեսել որևէ հստակ սահմանում, ապա վերջերս իմ գրառումներից մեկում ինքս էի առաջարկել այսուհետ այդ երևույթը անվանել «ընդդիմամոլություն»: Այսինքն, Միքայել Մելքումյանն, ըստ ինձ, ոչ թե այլընտրանքային է կամ ոչ իշխանական, այլ պարզապես պատվերով ընդդիմամոլ է: Որովհետև ոչ վաղ անցյալում նույն կրքով դոշ էր տալիս իշխանությունների համար:
