Շամիրամում սպանդն իրականացնելու մեջ մեղադրվողի տնից ատրճանակ եւ հրացան է հայտնաբերվել

Արագածոտնի մարզի եզդիաբնակ Շամիրամ գյուղում օգոստոսի 1-ին սգո սրահում կրակոցներ արձակելու կասկածանքով հետախուզվող Թելման Քալաշյանի տանը հայտնաբերվել է ՏՏ» տիպի ատրճանակ՝ պահունակով, լիցքավորված 7,62 մմ տ/չ 8 փամփուշտով, իսկ տանը կից թոնրատնից՝ «ԻԺ-18ե» տիպի մեկփողանի ողորկափող որսորդական չհաշվառված հրացան: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 4-ին տեղեկանում ենք ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայությունից:

«Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության եւ Բաղրամյանի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից օգոստոսի 2-ին, ժամը 17.50-ին, խուզարկություն է կատարվել Թելման Քալաշյանի՝ Մյասնիկյան գյուղում գտնվող տանը եւ օժանդակ շինություններում. հյուրասենյակի բազմոցի դարակից հայտնաբերվել եւ առգրավվել է «ՏՏ» տիպի ատրճանակ՝ պահունակով, լիցքավորված 7,62 մմ տ/չ 8 փամփուշտով, իսկ տանը կից թոնրատնից՝ «ԻԺ-18ե» տիպի մեկփողանի ողորկափող որսորդական չհաշվառված հրացան¦:

 2017թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին 4 Թելման Քալաշյանը ժամը 09:30-ի սահմանում գումարային հարցերի շուրջ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել իր ազգականի հետ՝ վերջինի բարեկամներին տված պարտքով գումարը ստանալու պահանջով, որը վերածվել է վիճաբանության:  Այնուհետև՝ Թելման Քալաշյանը, իմանալով, որ ազգականը բարեկամներն ու ընկերները գտնվում են Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը կից տեղակայված սգո սրահում, իր վարած «VAZ 21214» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով ժամանել է նշված վայր:  Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Թ. Քալաշյանը  մուտք է գործել սգո սրահ, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել, ապա՝ իր մոտ գտնվող հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել սրահում գտնվող բազմաթիվ անձանց ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով 4 անձ մահացել է, 7-ը՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

 Հանցավոր մտադրությունն իրականացնելուց հետո Թելման Քալաշյանն իր ավտոմեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի, որից հետո սգո սրահում ներկա գտնվողներից մեկը,  իր անձնական օգտագործման ավտոմեքենայով հետապնդել է Թելման Քալաշյանին՝ վերջինիս  փախուստը կանխելու և նրան բռնելու նպատակով:  Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ականատես անձը Շամիրամ գյուղի սկզբնամասում հասել և իր վարած ավտոմեքենայի դիմացի հատվածով հարվածել է Թելման Քալաշյանի վարած «VAZ 21214» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որի հետևանքով նշված ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի հատվածից, մտել հարակից դաշտ և առաջացած անսարքության պատճառով՝ կանգնել:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Թելման Քալաշյանը հրազենը ձեռքին իջել է ավտոմեքենայից և  կրակոցներ արձակել իրեն հետապնդող անձի ուղղությամբ: Սակայն վերջինս խուսանավել է: Այնուհետև, Թ. Քալաշյանի հորեղբայրը մեկ այլ ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է Թ. Քալաշյանի մոտ, և միասին դիմել են փախուստի:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել Թելման Քալաշյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Վերջինիս հորեղբայրը ձերբակալվել է՝ հանցագործությունը պարտակելու կասկածանքով:
