Հայաստանը հնարավորություն ունի որոշակի առումով կապող օղակ դառնալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Եվրոպական Միության երկրների միջև: Այս մասին ՀՀ ԱԺ եվրոպական ինտեգրման ու ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ՀՀ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի նախնական քննարկմանը նշեց ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մհեր Շահգելդյանի հարցին: «Մասնավորապես, մենք օգտվում են GSP+ համակարգից: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ ԵՄ արտահանվող շուրջ 6000 ապրանքների մասով մեզ համար զրոյական դրույքաչափեր են գործում: Բնական է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածքում գործող գործարարների համար հնարավորություն է առաջ գալիս Հայաստանում ստեղծել ձեռնարկություն և իրենց արտադրանքն այդ արտոնյալ պայմաններով իրացնել եվրոպական շուկայում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մանրամասնեց Քոչարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն Եվրասիական տնտեսական տարածքին, այլ նաև մյուս պետություններին:

ԱԳ փոխնախարարը նկատեց, որ նաև ԵՄ երկրները կարող են Հայաստանում բացել համապատասխան ձեռնարկություններ, արտադրանք թողարկել, որը, պիտակավորվելով որպես Հայաստանում արտադրված ապրանք, առանց մաքսատուրքերի կմտնի եվրոպական միասնական շուկա: «Սա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելու մեր առավելություններից մեկն է, որը մենք պետք է կարողանանք իրացնել»,- նշեց Քոչարյանը:

ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Մինսկում ստորագրել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության պայմանագիրը, որն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու 2015թ.:
