Tert.am-ը գրում է.

Կարծում եմ Բրյուսելը և Վաշինգտոնը որևէ առնչություն չունեն այն բանի հետ, թե ով կլինի 2018թ-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնում՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, թե՞ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, իսկ Մոսկվայի համար միևնույնն է. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Քաղաքական և միջազգային հարաբերությունների հայկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Աղասի Ենոքյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ո՞ւմ են ցանկանում տեսնել այդ պաշտոնում Բրյուսելը, Մոսկվա և Վաշինգտոնը:  

«Կարծում եմ Բրյուսելը և Վաշինգտոնը որևէ կերպ չեն կարող ազդել դրա վրա: Ըստ էության ամենակարևորն այն է, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանն ում է ցանկանում տեսնել այդ պաշտոնում: Եվ դա, երևի թե, իր որոշելիք խնդիրն է»,-ասաց Ենոքյանը:

Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ հիմնական խնդիրն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այնպիսի դեր պետք է իր վրա վերցնի,  որ ունենա նվազագույն պատասխանատվություն առավելագույն  կոռուպցիոն վերահսկողության պայմաններում: «Ես չգիտեմ՝ ինչ կլինի, ինքը կրկին վարչապետի պաշտոնում կվերականգնվի, թե Կաթողիկոսի  պաշտոնի, ամեն դեպքում կարևորն այն է, որ ինքն այդ երկու կարևոր գործոնները համադրի իրար»,-ասաց նա:

Հարցին, թե այսինքն՝ այս հարցում Հայաստանն ո՞ւնի այդքան ինքնիշխանություն, որպեսզի Մոսկվայի ցանկությունները հաշվի չառնի, Աղասի Ենոքյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ ռուսներն այս հարցում որևէ մեծ խնդիր ունեն խառնվելու, կամ կա մտահոգության առիթ: Թերևս նրանց համար Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարող է լինի Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխին դագանակ, որ եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը սխալ քայլ անի՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ փոխարինելու կարիք լինի, թե չէ, Սերժ Սարգսյանը ամեն ինչ հլու- հնազանդ կատարում է, ո՞րն է խնդիրը»:

Դիտարկմանը, որ երբ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշանակվեց վարչապետ, տեսակետ կար, որ դա հենց Մոսկվայի որոշելիքն էր, ինչպե՞ս է, որ այս դեպքում նույն Մոսկվան դեմ չէ, քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց. «Խնդիրը հետևյալն է,  Սերժ Սարգսյանն ինքը պետք է ամբողջական վերահսկողություն ունենա  և ես չեմ կարծում, որ Մոսկվան դեմ է  դրան, իսկ մնացածն արդեն դետալներ են»:

Աղասի Ենոքյանը չի բացառում, որ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հենց ինքն էլ ստանձնի վարչապետի պաշտոնը, բայց նույն հաջողությամբ, ըստ նրա՝ կարող է նաև վարչապետի պաշտոնը շարունակել Կարեն Կարապետյանը: «Կարևորն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը պահպանի ամբողջական  վերհսկողությունը կոռուպցիոն բուրգի նկատմամբ»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ նրա՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանին վստահել-չվստահելու խնդիր չկա. վստահելուց բացի,  եթե Կարեն Կարապետյանը լինի վարչապետ որպես ինքնուրույն գործոն, կարող է այդ կոռուպցիոն հոսքերի մեջ մի զգալի մաս իրեն պահի, թերևս այս խնդիրը միայն կա»,-ասաց նա:
