Տեղեկատվության այս դարաշրջանում ավելի կարևոր է դրա անվտանգության ապահովման գործըթնացը, որ իրականացնում են տարբեր դեպքերում մասնավոր և պետական կառույցներ, սակայն շատ անգամներ մի փոքր անուշադրությունը կարող է առիթ հանդիսանալ բազմաթիվ հանցագործությունների ու խարդախությունների: Այս ամենի մեջ Հայաստանը իր տեղեկատվության ապահովման խնդիրներն ու ծրագրերն ունի, բայց արի ու տես արդեն որոշ ժամանակ է համացանցում է հայտնվել ՀՀ 2.7 միլիոն բաժանորդների տվյալների բազաններ ու շատ տարօրինակ է, որ այս բազանների հետ հրապարակվում են նաև մեքենանների պետհամարանիշների սեփականատերերի տվյալներ էն դեպքում, որ դրանք պահպանվում են ՀՀ ՃՈ բազայում: Սահմանադրության հոդված 23. ասվում է « Յուրաքանչյուր ոք իրավունք ունի, որպեսզի հարգվի իր անձնական ու ընտանեկան կյանքը:

Առանց անձի համաձայնության նրա վերաբերյալ չի կարելի հավաքել, պահպանել, օգտագործել կամ տարածել այլ տեղեկություններ, քան նախատեսված է օրենքով: Արգելվում է անձին վերաբերող տեղեկությունների օգտագործումն ու տարածումը, եթե դա հակասում է տեղեկությունների հավաքման նպատակներին կամ չի նախատեսված օրենքով», իսկ ՀՀ ՔՐ. ՕՐ. Հոդված 144. Անձնական կամ ընտանեկան կյանքի մասին տեղեկություններ ապօրինի հավաքելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը կամ տարածելը:

«Մարդու անձնական կամ ընտանեկան գաղտնիք համարվող տեղեկություններն առանց նրա համաձայնության օգտագործելը կամ հրապարակային ելույթներով, հրապարակայնորեն ցուցադրվող ստեղծագործություններով կամ լրատվության միջոցներով այդպիսի տեղեկություններ տարածելը կամ հավաքելը կամ պահելը, եթե դրանք նախատեսված չեն օրենքով՝ պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ուղղիչ աշխատանքներով՝ առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով, կամ կալանքով՝ մեկից երկու ամիս ժամկետով» ուստի տվյալ պարագայում տեղի է ունեցել հանցագործություն և մարդու սահմանադրական իրավունքի ոտնահարում: Այս պարագայում ՀՀ Ոստիկանության և ՀՀ հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցները հուսանք համապատասխան աշխատանքներ կիրականացնեն նմանատիպ արարքների պատասխանատուներին պատժելու ու հետագայում կանխելու գործողություններ: Նախորդ իմ հրապարակման մեջ մեղադրել էի համապատասխան կառույցներին թերի աշխատանքի համար քանի, որ ըստ հայկական տիրույթում գտնվող դոմենների գրանցման տվյալների բազայի հարցման հրապարակող կայքը գործում է հոկտեմբերի 23-ից, որն արդեն բավական ժամանակ է մարդկանց մասին տեղեկատվությունը կորզելու և մարդկանց մասին անձնական տվյալներ հավաքելու համար:
