Հիգիենիկ միջադիրներ օգտագործելը հեշտ է:
Բայց կան որոշ բաներ, որոնք կանանց մեծ մասը չգիտի:
1. Աենօրյա միջադիրներ չի կարելի ամեն օր օգտագործել
Հիգիենիկ ամենօրյա միջադիրները ոչ մի դեպքում չի կարելի ամեն օր օգտագործել: Մարմինը պետք է շնչի, միջադիրների մշտական օգտագործումը ինտիմ գոտում պաթոգեն միկրոֆլորա է առաջացնում:
Ամենօրյա միջադիրներ պետք է օգտագործել միայն ամսեկաններին նախորդող օրերին և դրանից որոշ ժամանակ անց:
Ամենօրյա միջադիրները պետք է փոխել ամեն 2-3 ժամը մեկ, ոչ ավելի ուշ: Հակառակ դեպքում՝ կարելի է տհաճ հիվանդություններ առաջացնել, որոնց հետևանք կարող է լինել նույնիսկ անպտղությունը:

 

2. Միջադիրի ճիշտ հաստություն ընտրիր
Գիշերային միջադիրները ցերեկը կամ ամենաշատ «կաթիլներով» միջադիրներ դաշտանային ցիկլի սկզբում օգտագործելը հանցագործություն է սեփական առողջության նկատմամբ:
Եթե նկատել ես, որ միջադիրներից հաճախ արտահոսք է լինում, ստուգիր՝ դրանք ինչպես ես ամրացրել ներքնազգեստիդ: Շատ կանայք պնդում են, որ արտահոսքի խնդրից ազատվել օգնել են թևիկներով միջադիրները, որոնք ամրացրել են երկար մասը առջևում:
Յուրաքանչյուր կնոջ մարմին առանձնահատուկ է, ինտիմ գոտիների չափերն էլ տարբեր են:

 

3. Բուրավետ միջադիրներ մի գնիր
Տարբեր բույրերով, նկարներով միջադիրները կարող են ալերգիա և գրգռվածություն առաջացնել: Պետք է նախապատվությունը տալ «շնչող» միջադիրներին, որոնք նպաստավոր միջավայր չեն ստեղծում բակտերիաների համար: Միևնույն է, դրանք պետք է հնարավորինս հաճախ փոխել:

 

4. Ուշադիր հետևիր առողջությանդ
Եթե նկատես սեռական օրգանների կարմրություն կամ ուռածություն, քոր, սեղմում միզելիս կամ ցավ սեռական ակտի ժամանակ, անհապաղ բժշկի դիմիր: Այդ բոլոր նշանների պատճառը կարող են լինել ոչ միայն վարակը, այլև հիգիենիկ միջադիրները, հիգիենիկ միջոցներից ալերգիան:
Կարևոր է ամսեկանների ժամանակ անջատված արյան քանակը: Գոյություն ունի հիգիենայի հեղափոխական միջոց, որը լիովին անվնաս է կնոջ առողջության համար՝ դաշտանային բաժակ:
Այդ միջոցը շատ հարմար է օգտագործել, այն օգնում է հետևել օրվա ընթացքում արտազատված արյան քանակին և կանխել արգանդի արյունահոսության ռիսկը:
