Ալլա Լեւոնյանի շուրջ կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում։ Այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ երգչուհին դիմել է ոստիկանություն՝ համացանցում իր հասցեին Գայանե Մանուկյան անունով օգտատիրոջից սպառնալիքներ ստանալուց հետո։Երգչուհու ընկերն ու իրավական հարցերով խորհրդատու էմիլ Մարկոսյանը NEWS.am STYLE-ի հետ զրույցում պարզաբանեց, որ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկատվությունը, թե սպանության սպառնալիքներ են հնչել, իրականում ուռճացված են. էմիլ Մարկոսյանը «Սպանության մասին մի փոքր ուռճացված է, բայց եղել են սպառնալիքներ, իրավաբանորեն ասած, առողջությանը եւ գույքին վնաս հասցնելու տեսանկյունից՝ ավտոդ կվառենք, տունդ կվառենք, գլուխդ կջարդենք եւ այլն»։

 

Փաստաբաը նշեց, որ 2016 թվականին Գայանե Մանուկյանին պատկանող՝ Usarmenianews.com կայքում Ալլա Լեւոնյանի մասին վարկաբեկիչ հոդված է հայտնվել, ինչից հետո ինքն ու երգչուհին զրուցել են հրապարակման հեղինակի հետ եւ խնդրել պարզաբանումներ տալ. «Այդ նյութի հեղինակը, լրագրողը անձամբ խոստովանեց, որ գրել է հոդվածը Գայանե Մանուկյանի թելադրանքով, եւ հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրեց Ալլա Լեւոնյանից, բայց նույնիսկ դրանից հետո նյութը կայքից չհեռացվեց»,- ասաց նա։ Ալլա Լեւոնյանի մասին հոդվածը՝ Usarmenianews.com կայքում էմիլ Մարկոսյանի խոսքով՝ այս ամենը Գայանե Մանուկյանն անձնական թշնամանքի է վերածում եւ համացանցում ստեղծում մի խմբավորում, որը սկսում է ամենատարբեր աղբյուրներով վարկաբեկել երգչուհուն։

 

«Այսօր այդ խմբավորման անդամներից մեկը, որի անունը չեմ կարող նշել՝ նախաքննական գաղտնիությունից ելնելով, զանգահարել է եւ ասել, որ պատրաստ է ներկայանալ ոստիկանություն։ Նա խոստովանել է, որ գործել է Գայանե Մանուկյանի թելադրանքով։ Հենց վաղը նա մեղայականով ներկայանալու է ոստիկանություն»։ Գայանե Մանուկյանը Մենք կապ հաստատեցինք նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող Գայանե Մանուկյանի հետ։ Նա սկզբում պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց մեկնաբանություն տալ, սակայն հետո ասաց, որ շատ թույլ է զգում իրեն, ուստի կպատասխանի ավելի ուշ։

 

Մենք պատրաստ ենք ներկայացնել նրա կարծիքը եւս, իսկ մինչ այդ, էմիլ Մարկոսյանն ասում է՝ Գայանեի՝ ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվելը չի կրող խոչընդոտ հանդիսանալ նրան քրեական պատասխանատվություն ենթարկելու հետ կապված։ Երգչուհու ներկայացուցիչները պատրաստվում են նաեւ վարչական պատասխանատվության կանչել Գայանեին եւ նրան սատարող խմբի անդամներին՝ Ալլա Լեւոնյանի արժանապատվությանն ու գործարար համբավին վնաս հասցնելու համար։
