Ասօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում «Հայ ձկնարտադրողների և ձկնարտահանողների միության» ՀԿ նախագահ Արթուր Աթոյանը նշեց, որ ձկնարտադրության ոլորտում դրական տեղաշարժ չկա:
 
Բանախոսը ասաց, որ խնդիրներն ինչպես եղել են տարիներ առաջ, այնպես էլ այսօր շարունակվում են: Նրա կարծիքով՝ ոլորտի խնդիրները չեն կարգավորվում, որովհետև խնդիրների լուծման արդյունավետ ու ժամանակակից մեթոդներին չենք տիրապետում:
 
«Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունն էլ այս հարցում չի գործում, այնտեղ նախարարը փոխվեց, սակայն աշխատաոճն ու առաքելությունը մնաց նույնը, իսկ իրենց աշխատելաոճը չի համապատասխանում ԳՆ-ի իրական առաքելությանը: Ինձ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ աշխատակազմն է ղեկավարում նախարարությունը, այլ ոչ թե նախարարը աշխատակազմին, քանի որ նախարարը փոխվել է, իսկ նախարարության աշխատելաոճը՝ ոչ»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այսօր գյուղատնտեսը մնացել է մեն-մենակ իր խնդիրների հետ:
 
Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը այսօր արդեն պետք է նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ, գիտական փորձ առաջարկեր գյուղացուն, ինչը չի արվել: Վեջինս շեշտեց, որ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը չի համագործակցում իրենց կազմակերպության հետ, ինչի պատճառները նա գիտի:
