Ինքնըստինքյան, Ծառուկյանի ինչի՞ն է պետք այս ամենը: Ինքնահաստատվելու՞, փառքի, փող աշխատելու համար: Ի՞նչ մասնավոր խնդիր է լուծում ժողովրդական, ժողովրդի հետ, ժողովրդի կողքին գտնվող օլիգարխը: Պարզվում է՝ ոչ մի: Նա պարզապես չի կարող լինել անտարբեր, երբ իր աչքի առաջ Հայաստանը թուլանում է, ժողովուրդը հուսալքվում, օր օրի հազարավոր մարդկանց բարեկեցությունն ընկնում է.... Հուսով եմ, չեք վիրավորվի, եթե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոսքերից մեջբերումներով համեմված և նրա խոսքերի վրա հիմնված այս հուզիչ մենախոսությունս ավարտին չհասցնեմ, քանի որ տեքստի շարունակությունը մոտավորապես պարզ է՝ ինքնըստինքյան:
Ես ավելի շատ կուզեի ուշադրություն հրավիրել Ծառուկյանի ամենակարևոր մեսիջի վրա, որ նա հղել է իր կայքին տված հարցազրույցի միջոցով: Դա այն է, որ օլիգարխը հայտարարում է, որ հետդարձի ճանապարհ չունի և ուզում է անցնցում իշխանափոխություն: Անցնցում, թե ցնցումով՝ կարևոր չէ, կարևորը, որ նա ուզում է իշխանափոխություն և ինքըստինքյան հետդարձի ճանապարհ չունի: Վերջ, ասված է, պիտի արվի: Թե չէ եթե չարվեց (իսկ ես համոզված եմ, որ չի արվի)` կստացվի, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի խոսքը գործ չի՝ ինքըստինքյան:
Հիմա տեսնենք, թե ինչ է կատարվում ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի ղեկավարած կուսակցությունում: Նույն կուսակցության անդամ, գործարար, երբեմն էլ՝ համատեղության կարգով ընդդիմամոլ Միքայել Մելքումյանը 2 օր առաջ իր տված հարցազրույցներից մեկում ասել էր, թե ինքը եռյակի պայքարի վերջնաժամկետ է տեսնում 2017 թվականը, այսինքն՝ հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները: Այս ընթացքում Մելքումյանը ենթադրել է, որ կլինի մրցակցային քաղաքական պայքար ՀՀԿ-ի և ԲՀԿ-ի միջև և ահա թե որտեղ է տնտեսական գիտությունների դոկտորի խոսքի կուլմինացիան պահը՝ իշխանությունն, ըստ Մելքումյանի առաջիկա 2 ու կես տարվա ընթացքում շանս ունի բարելավելու երկրում սոցիալական, տնտեսական վիճակը, և այդ դեպքում ուժերը բախումների չեն գնա և կշարունակեն պայքարել քաղաքական մեթոդներով: Իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն այդ ընթացքում, դոկտորի խոսքերով՝ կբյուրեղանա: Եվ վերջում ԲՀԿ-ականը կրկին հանգում է 2017-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: Այսինքն, մարդը թեպետ մի փոքր բարդ ձևակերպումներով, սակայն պարզ ձևով հասկացնում է, որ իրենց խնդիրը մինչև 2017-ը ժամանակ ձգելն է ու վերջ, իսկ տնտեսական ու սոցիալական հարցերը իշխանություններն էլ կլուծեն, բայց խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին իրենք շատ ձայներն հավաքելու ակնկալիք ունեն, սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հարցն էլ 2016-ին լուծված կլինի կամ անվերջ կձգձգվի, հնարավոր է նույնիսկ՝ ունենաք պառլամենտական պետություն, դե մնացածն էլ արդեն պարզ է՝ ինքըստինքյան...
Հասկանում ենք, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նման հզոր առաջնորդ ունեցող մարդը դժվար թե համարձակվի գիտակցաբար հակառակվել իր առաջնորդին և այլ խաղ տանել, հետևաբար Մելքումյանը Ծառուկյանի «վճռականության» մասին երևի թե այդքան էլ տեղյակ չէր, ինչպես օրինակ տեղյակ չէր բյուջեի նախագծից, սակայն նախօրեին կարծիք հայտնեց: Հակառակ դեպքում Մելքումյանը մի փոքր ավելի զգույշ կկառուցեր իր խոսքը՝ զերծ հակասություններից:
Անձամբ ես եկա այն եզրակացության, որ ԲՀԿ-ի, հետևաբար և եռյակի մի մասում չգիտեն, թե ինչ է կատարվում մյուս մասում և չեն կարողանում նույնիսկ իրենց ասելիքները միմյանց հետ նախապես համաձայնեցնեն: Իսկ մենք էլ դեռ զարմանում ենք, թե ինչու եռյակը չի կարողանում նույնիսկ հաջորդ հանրահավաքի օրը որոշել: Ինքըստինքյան՝ չի կարող: Իսկ «Մեր խոսքը գործ է»-ն արդեն առաջացնում է տրամաբանական մի հարց՝ բայց ո՞ր խոսքը:
