Լևոն Շիրինյանը կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելի անցնելուց առաջ քաղաքական համակարգի կայացման անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

Քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ Հայաստանում անցումը կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելի կարող է հանգեցնել ճգնաժամի, եթե մինչ այդ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ չարվեն երկրի քաղաքական համակարգը կայացնելու  և կուսակցությունների դերակատարումն ավելի բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ: Օգոստոսի 21-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը քաղաքագետն ընդգծեց, որ այն երկրներում, որտեղ կուսակցական համակարգը կայացած չէ, անցումը խորհրդարանական կառավարման մոդելի միայն ճգնաժամի է հանգեցնելու:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ մինչև կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին անցնելը Հայաստանում պետք է ձևավորվի սոցիալիստական գաղափարախոսություն ունեցող ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժ: Դա որոշակիորեն կնպաստի երկրի քաղաքական համակարգի կայացմանը»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց քաղաքագետը:

Լևոն Շիրինյանն այն կարծիքին է, որ չի կարելի լուրջ փոփոխություններ ակնկալել, քանի դեռ իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, որը պահպանողական քաղաքական ուժ է, կոալիցիայի մեջ է սոցիալիստական գաղափարախոսություն դավանող ՀՅԴ-ի հետ: Նրա գնահատմամբ`քաղաքական համակարգի զարգացում և կայացում ապահովելու համար կամ ՀՀԿ-ն պետք է միանձնյա իշխանություն ստանձնի, իսկ ՀՅԴ-ն տեղափոխվի ընդդիմադիր դաշտ, կամ հակառակը:  «Ես կարծում եմ, որ կառավարությունը չի կարող արդյունավետ գործել, երբ պահպանողական և սոցիալիստական կուսակցությունները կոալիցիա են կազմել»,- ասաց նա

Քաղաքագետը նաև կոչ է անում կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին անցնելուց ուսումնասիրել Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության փորձը և առանձնահատկությունները:
