Աստանայում ընթացող «Եվրասիական շաբաթ» միջազգային ցուցահանդեսային համաժողովի շրջանակում, օգոստոսի 24-ին, ստորագրվել է ԵԱՏՄ արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունների համագործակցության վերաբերյալ հուշագիր։  ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից տեղեկացնում ենք, հուշագիրը ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալություն» (ԱՓԲԸ) գործադիր տնօրեն Արմեն Շահնազարյանը, «EXIAR» ՌԴ պետական արտահանման վարկային գործակալության բաժանորդների հետ աշխատանքի և անդերրայթինգի գծով գործադիր տնօրեն Նիկիտա Գուսակովը, «Բելէքսիմգարատ»-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Գենադի Միցկևիչը և «KazakhExport» արտահանման ապահովագրական ընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուսլան Իսակովը։ 

Մեկնաբանելով ԵԱՏՄ երկրների արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունների մասնակցությունը «Եվրասիական շաբաթ» համաժողովի աշխատանքներին, «Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալության» գործադիր տնօրեն Արմեն Շահնազարյանը նշել է․

ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների արտահանման ներուժի խթանումը, զարգացումը և ամրապնդումը, անշուշտ, կդառնա տնտեսական զարգացման կարևոր գործոն, իսկ արտահանման ընդլայնումը թույլ կտա դիվերսիֆիկացնել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների տնտեսությունների կառուցվածքը։ Ստորագրելով հուշագիրը՝ կողմերը հայտնում են իրենց պատրաստակամությունը համատեղ ուժերով նպաստել տնտեսական զարգացմանը և արտահանման խթանմանը ինչպես ԵԱՏՄ անդամ առանձին երկրներում, այնպես էլ ԵԱՏՄ ամբողջ տարածքում։

Փաստաթղթի ստորագրմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը և առևտրի գծով ԵՏՀ կոլեգիայի անդամ (նախարար) Վերոնիկա Նիկիշինան։

Հուշագիրը կոչված է գործակալությունների միջև փոխգործակցության հիմքեր դնել և ամրագրել կարևոր չափանիշներն ու սկզբունքները, որոնց վրա կկառուցվի հետագա բազմակողմ համագործակցությունը։ Բացի այդ, փաստաթուղթը նախատեսում է ապահովագրական գործակալությունների համագործակցության առանձին պլատֆորմի ստեղծում։

Հուշագրի նպատակն է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների միջև ինչպես բազմակողմ, այնպես էլ երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառության խթանումը։ Հուշագրի համաձայն, այդ նպատակով կողմերը կստեղծեն արտահանման վարկերի և ներդրումների ապահովագրության փորձի և տեղեկատվության մշտական փոխանակման արդյունավետ համակարգ, ինչպես նաև այն արտահանման ծրագրերի, որոնց շրջանակում կարող է ներկայացվել համատեղ աջակցությունը։ Նախատեսվում է նաև համագործակցություն այն ծրագրերի շրջանակում,  որոնք նախատեսում են ԵԱՏՄ-ում արտադրված ապրանքների, աշխատանքի ու ծառայությունների արտահանում երրորդ երկրներ, կամ ԵԱՏՄ տարածք։ Համատեղ կմշակվեն առաջարկություններ ԵԱՏՄ ներքին օրենսդրության կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ։ 

«Եվրասիական շաբաթ» համաժողովի աշխատանքներին մասնակցել են ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման նախարարի տեղակալներ Էմիլ Տարասյանը և Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը։

Միջոցառման մասնակիցները քննարկել են արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունների դերը ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում, միության անդամ երկրների ներդրումային հնարավորությունների զարգացման և ամրապնդման խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև հետագա գործակցության հնարավորությունները։
