ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ.Տոնոյանի հրամանով ստեղծվել է Փրկարար ծառայությունում սկզբնական սպայական պաշտոններում նշանակելու համար մրցույթի անցկացման հանձնաժողով: Սահմանվել են նաեւ մրցութային հանձնաժողովի կազմը, աշխատակարգը եւ մրցույթի չափորոշիչները:

Հայաստանի ԱԻՆ-ից  տեղեկանում ենք, որ Հանձնաժողովը մրցույթն անցկացնում է «Փրկարար ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ՓԾ կրտսեր խմբի պաշտոններից սկզբնական (լեյտենանտ) սպայական պաշտոններում նշանակվող, ինչպես նաեւ պահեստազորից, այլ պետական մարմիններից եւ փրկարարական ծառայության սկզբնական սպայական պաշտոններում նշանակվելու համար դիմած քաղաքացիներից փրկարարական ծառայության անցնող անձանց գործնական ունակությունների, մասնագիտական պատրաստվածության, անձնական, բարոյական հատկանիշների, կրթության, առողջական, հոգեբանական եւ ֆիզիկական պատրաստականության վիճակը ստուգելու համար:

Ընդհանուր զարգացվածության եւ գիտելիքները ստուգելու համար կիրառվում են ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի կողմից կազմված հարցաշարեր:

Մրցույթի արդյունքներով թափուր պաշտոնի նշանակման համար առավելություն տրվում է մրցութային կարգով առավելագույն արդյունք ցուցաբերած, իսկ հավասար արդյունքների դեպքում՝ ավելի երկար ծառայողական ստաժ ունեցող ծառայողներին:

Օրերս տեղի է ունեցել հանձնաժողովի նիստ: Սպայական պաշտոններում նշանակվելու համար անցկացվող մրցույթին մասնակցել է 26 մարդ, որոնցից 10-ը չեն հաղթահարել ֆիզիկական պատրաստվածության նվազագույն շեմը եւ չեն մասնակցել հետագա փուլերին:

Հաշվի առնելով ֆիզիկական պատրաստվածությունը, հոգեբանական եւ հոգեֆիզիոլոգիական չափորոշիչները, ատեստացիայի միավորները, ինչպես նաեւ ընդհանուր զարգացվածության արդյունքները՝ հանձնաժողովը հաղթող է ճանաչել 6 դիմողի, որոնք կստանան փ/ծ լեյտենանտի կոչում եւ ծառայության կանցնեն ՓԾ օպերատիվ կառավարման, ինչպես նաեւ Երեւանի, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի, Գեղարքունիքի եւ Սյունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչություններում:

Ելնելով ցուցաբերված գիտելիքի եւ պատրաստվածություն բարձր աստիճանից՝ հանձնաժողովն առաջարկել է ղեկավարությանը համապատասխան թափուր հաստիքի դեպքում եւս 3 փրկարար ծառայողի նշանակել սպայական պաշտոնի:
