Միջուկային փորձարկումների դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրը կարեւորվեց միջուկային զենքի տարածման դեմ պայքարի միասնական պլատֆորմի ստեղծումը

Միջուկային փորձարկումների դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրը ՄԱԿ-ի տոնացույցի համաձայն նշում են  օգոստոսի 29-ին: Ղազախստանն այն երկրներից էր, որտեղ 90-ականներին առանց միջուկային զենքի նախաձեռնություն սկսվեց:  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` «Միջուկային փորձարկումների դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրվան» նվիրված գիտաժողովին Հայաստանում Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաեւը նշեց, որ  նախաձեռնությանն աջակցեց 120 երկրներից շուրջ 300 հազար մարդ, կոչ անելով  բոլոր երկրների նախագահներին աջակցել «միջուկային զենքի դեմ պայքարին»: «Նախագահ Նազարբաևը խորհրդային կարգերի փլուզումից հետո շատ կարևոր քաղաքական որոշում կայացրեց փակելով Սեմիպալատինսկիի պոլիգոնը: Այդ ուղղությամբ Ղազախստանի հաջորդ քայլը եղավ Կենտրոնական Ասիայում միջուկային զենքից զուրկ գոտիների ստեղծումը»,-ասաց նա:

Դեսպան Ուրազաեւը կոչ արեց միջուկային զենքի դեմ պայքարի նախաձեռնությանն ուղղված միասնական պլատֆորմ ստեղծել:

ՀՀ ԱԺ Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի խոսքով` միջուկային զենքի հետագա տարածման զսպման ուղղությամբ Ղազախստանի նախաձեռնությունները մեծապես նպաստեցին, որպեսզի հետսառըպատերազմյան աշխարհը շատ արագ կարողանա կարգավորման մեխանիզմներ գտնել նաեւ նման տեսակի մարտահրավերներից խուսափելու համար: «Ղազախստանի գործընկերների հետեւողական ջանքերն ու աշխատանքը միջուկային անվտանգության ուղղությամբ  չի սահմանափակվում միայն տարածաշրջանային նախաձեռնություններով, այլ, նախ և առաջ կրում է գլոբալ բնույթ»,-ասաց նա

Աշոտյանը կոչ արեց պետություններին ստանձնել նախաձեռնողականություն օր առաջ կանխելու մարդկային ոչնչացման նոր զինատեսակների ստեղծումը, որոնք ըստ նրա հետեւանք են մի կողմից գիտատեխնիկական առաջընթացի, սակայն մյուս կողմից մարդկային անզուսպ ամբիցիաների դրսեւորում են:

Օգոստոսի 29-ը Միջուկային փորձարկումների դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օր հայտարարելու որոշումը ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան ընդունել է 2009 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին Ղազախստանի առաջարկով՝ կոչ անելով լայնորեն իրազեկել մարդկանց միջուկային փորձարկումների վտանգավոր հետևանքների մասին:
