Նորից արտակարգ պատահար Երևանում ու նորից ի դերև է դուրս գալիս ոստիկանության անկարողությունը: Այս անգամ, ամերիկյան մարտաֆիլմերին բնորոշ սցենար էր: Չար հանցագործը պատանդ էր վերցրել մի աղջկա ու սպառնում էր սպանել նրան: Թե ինչու՞, դա երևի հետո, հետմահու՝ տերտերները կհարցնեն:

Դիպուկահարի պատմությունը, այս նովելի մեխն է: Նա գործողություն է իրականացնում քաղաքացիների խմբով շրջապատված: Սա մոտավորապես հիշեցնում է մի իրավիճակ, երբ մասնագետը խողովակ է նորոգում, իսկ մոտ տաս հետաքրքրասեր նրան կողքից հուշում են, թե ինչպես անի իր գործը: Այս ամենն արդեն ծիծաղելի չէ, այլ աբսուրդի թատրոն է: Բնական է, որ նման պայմաններում, դիպուկահարը կարող էր վրիպել ոչ միայն առաջին անգամ, այլ նաև մի տաս անգամ:

Ու նման պայմաններում, ամեն օր բուծել ոստիկաններ, մսխել բյուջեի միջոցները, պարզապես հանցագործություն է:
