Բոսնիայի ԱԳ նախարարը Երևանում ԵՄ-ի հետ բանակցություններից մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել

Եվրոպական միությանն անդամակցելը Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթ ռազմավարական նպատակն է: Երևանում ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Իգոր Ցրնադակը:

«Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ մենք երկրում ունենք ներքաղաքական լարումներ` բոլորը սատարում են այս քաղաքականությանը՝ մեր երկրում ապրող բոլոր ազգերը` սերբերը, խորվաթները, բոսնիակները: Բոլորիս սա միավորում է»,- ընդգծեց Ցրնադակը:

Նա հավելեց, որ 2016թ. Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինայի համար «լավագույն եվրոպական տարին էր»: Այդ տարվա  ընթացքում Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինան դիմել է Եվրոպական միությանն անդամակցելու համար և տարվա վերջում ստացել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հարցաթերթիկը:

«Սրանք շատ կարևոր գործընթացներ են: Մենք ակնկալում ենք գալիք տարվա առաջին կեսում ստանալ պաշտոնական թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ: Միակ բանը, որ ես կցանկանայի կանխատեսել, առայժմ սա է»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Նա նշեց, որ ընդհանրապես շատ դժվար է կանխատեսումներ անել այդ ճանապարհի վերջնակետի մասին` ելնելով այն հանգամանքից, որ կան բազմաթիվ գործոններ, որոնք իրենք չեն կարող վերահսկել:

«Մենք մեր կողմից կանենք հնարավորը, մասնավորապես, օգտվելու համար թեկնածուի կարգավիճակով մեր ժամանակահատվածից: Ուրիշ երկրների փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ դա ցանկացած երկրի համար լավագույն ժամանակահատվածն է՝ սկսած այն պահից, երբ երկիրը պաշտոնապես դառնում է թեկնածու մինչև լիարժեք անդամակցությունը Եվրոպական միությանը: Այս ժամանակահատվածում երկրները կարողանում են օգտվել բազմատեսակ կարևոր միջոցներից,  իսկ ինքը շատ պարտավորություններ չի ունենում»,- ընդգծեց Ցրնադակը:

Նա  ասաց, որ չի ցանկանում գուշակություններ անել, թե երբ իրենք Եվրոպական միության անդամ կարող են դառնալ` հավելելով, որ կցանկանար իմանալ դա, իսկ եթե իմանար, անպայման կասեր:
