«Սիրելի՛ դպրոցականներ, ուսանողներ եւ մանկավարժներ, շնորհավորում եմ Գիտելիքի օրվա եւ նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի առթիվ:

Առանձնակի շնորհավորանքներս ու բարեմաղթանքներս այն աշակերտներին, ուսանողներին եւ մանկավարժներին, ովքեր առաջին անգամ են մտնում իրենց կրթօջախների շեմից ներս, ում կյանքում մեկնարկում է ուսումնառության եւ մանկավարժական գործունեության առաջին տարին:

Հոգեպես եւ ֆիզիկապես առողջ, կրթված, խելացի ու ազատ քաղաքացին պետության բարեկեցության ու ազատության գրավականն է: Իսկ որակյալ կրթությունը մեր պետության ու հասարակության կարեւորագույն առաջնահերթություններից է: Այն մեր ռազմավարական ռեսուրսն է, որը պետք է շարունակաբար զարգացնենք:

Բոլոր երեխաներն էլ ցանկանում են ճանաչել աշխարհը, ունենալ ընկերներ, ստանալ գիտելիք, սովորել արհեստ կամ զբաղվել արվեստով ու գիտությամբ: Մենք պետք է այդպիսի հնարավորություն ընձեռենք հավասարապես բոլոր երեխաներին՝ միեւնույն ժամանակ նրանց մեջ ամրապնդելով այն միտքը, որ արդյունքի հնարավոր է հասնել գիտելիքի, արժանապատվության, ազատության եւ պատասխանատվության ներդաշնակությամբ:

Սիրելի՛ դպրոցականներ եւ ուսանողներ, գնահատե'ք ձեր ժամանակը, ձեզ ընձեռված հնարավորությունը, ձեր ուսուցիչների ու դասախոսների ջանքերը, բազմապատկե՛ք ձեր գիտելիքները, զարգացրե՛ք ձեր միտքը, հոգին ու մարմինը, եղե՛ք ձեր ծնողների, ձեր ընտանիքի ու հայրենիքի արժանի զավակները:

Մաղթում եմ, որ բոլորիդ կյանքում դպրոցն ու բուհը լինեն ոչ միայն այն վայրը, որտեղ հանդիպում են գիտելիք ստացողն ու այն փոխանցողը, այլեւ անկեղծ բարեկամության եւ ընկերության, ինքնաբացահայտման եւ ինքնադրսեւորման վայր:
