ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը Եգիպտոսում Հայաստանի դեսպան Արմեն Մելքոնյանից հետաքրքրվել է հուլիսի 14-ին Հուրգադայում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի հետևանքով վիրավորում ստացած հայ զբոսաշրջիկի առողջական վիճակով։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Դեսպանը տեղեկացրել է, որ տուժածն ապաքինվում է, և եգիպտացի մասնագետներն արդեն հնարավոր են համարում առաջիկա օրերին նրա տեղափոխումը Հայաստան։

Հիվանդը բուժման ընթացքում գտնվել է Եգիպտոսում ՀՀ դեսպանության մշտական ուշադրության և հոգածության կենտրոնում։ Լևոն Ալթունյանը խնդրել է, որ տուժած հայ զբոսաշրջիկի վերադարձի չվերթի մասին նախարարությանը նախապես տեղեկացվի նրան օդանավակայանից բժշկական կազմակերպություն տեղափոխելու համար։

Նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին Լևոն Ալթունյանը հանձնարարականներ է տվել տուժածի հայրենիք տեղափոխվելուց հետո կազմակերպել մասնագետների կոնսիլիում, գնահատել նրա առողջական վիճակը և զեկուցել հետագա բուժման ընթացքի մասին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից առաջին ազդանշանն ստանալուց հետո օգոստոսի 3-ին Եգիպտոս էր գործուղվել «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնի ընդհանուր և կրծքային վիրաբուժության կլինիկայի ղեկավար, պրոֆեսոր Արտակ Հովհաննիսյանը` տուժածի վիճակին տեղում ծանոթանալու և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մասնագիտական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով։ Հայ վիրաբույժը եգիպտացի մասնագետների հետ իրականացրել էր երեք կոնսիլիում։ Քննարկելով տուժածի վիճակը` նշանակվել էին լրացուցիչ հետազոտություններ, որոնց արդյունքներով կատարվել են կոնսերվատիվ բուժման լրացումներ։ Դեռ պրոֆեսորի Կահիրեում գտնվելու ժամանակ հիվանդի մոտ նկատվել է վիճակի դրական դինամիկա։ Օգոստոսի 9-ին, վիճակի բարելավումով, նրան ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմունքից տեղափոխել էին հիվանդասենյակ։
