ՄԱԿ-ում տարածվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ փաստաթուղթը

Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունում  (ՄԱԿ) օգոստոսի 23-ին տարածվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ կողմից պատրաստված փաստաթուղթը, որը ներկայացնում է Արցախի մեկուսացմանն ուղղված ադրբեջանական քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ Արցախի Հանրապետության դիրքորոշումը։ Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել է ՄԱԿ պաշտոնական կայքէջում և հասանելի է հղումով։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, փաստաթղթում ընդգծվում է, որ Արցախի մեկուսացմանն ուղղված Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը կոպտորեն ոտնահարում է զարգացման իրավունքը, որն ամրագրված է ՄԱԿ Կանոնադրությամբ, Մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրով, ինչպես նաև Քաղաքացիական և քաղաքական իրավունքների և Տնտեսական, սոցիալական և մշակութային իրավունքների մասին դաշնագրերով։ Զարգացման իրավունքը հանդիսանում է յուրաքանչյուր անհատի և ժողովրդի անկապտելի իրավունք՝ ներառելով իր մեջ բնական ռեսուրսների նկատմամբ լիարժեք ինքնիշխանություն, ինքնորոշում, զարգացման գործում ժողովրդական մասնակցություն, հնարավորության հավասարություն, և այլ քաղաքացիական, քաղաքական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական և մշակութային իրավունքներ իրացնելու համար բարենպաստ պայմանների ձևավորում:

Հղում կատարելով միջազգային իրավունքի մի շարք նորմերի՝ փաստաթղթում ընդգծվում է, որ անհատական և կոլեկտիվ իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների, այդ թվում` սոցիալական և տնտեսական իրավունքների իրացումը չի կարող կախված լինել մարդկանց բնակության երկրի կարգավիճակից, հետևաբար, միջազգային ճանաչվածության բացակայությունը չի կարող ազդել Արցախի Հանրապետության՝ միջազգային հարաբերություններում ներգրավելու և արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնելու հնարավորության վրա։

Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնում համագործակցել ՄԱԿ անդամ երկրների հետ՝ հանրապետությունում կայուն և թափանցիկ տնտեսական գործունեության ապահովման նպատակով։

«Իրենց հերթին, Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները, անում են հնարավորինը, որպեսզի հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր բնակիչ կարողանա լիարժեք կերպով իրացնել միջազգային հիմնարար փաստաթղթերում ամրագրված բոլոր իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները, ազատորեն զարգացնել և իրացնել սեփական ներուժը։ Այս կերպ Արցախի իշխանությունները նպաստում են խաղաղ, կայուն և բարգավաճ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի կայացմանը», - նշված է պաշտոնական փաստաթղթում։
