ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ  Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին փրկարարի օրվա առթիվ կազմակերպված տոնական շքերթի ժամանակ, ի թիվս այլ պարգևների, երախտագիտության մեդալներ և շնորհակալագրեր հանձնեց նաև Ամուլսարի ծրագիրն իրականացնող «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերության երեք աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր Արտավանում բռնկված հրդեհի ժամանակ ԱԻՆ փրկարարների հետ համատեղ մասնակցել են հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին և աչքի են ընկել իրենց արհեստավարժ ու անձնուրաց աշխատանքով։

Լիդիանի աշխատակիցներ Մանուկ Մովսիսյանը, Արսեն Ստեփանյանը և Աշոտ Թադևոսյանը ծանր տեխնիկայի օպերատորներ են՝ բուլդոզերավաներ, ովքեր հրշեջ մեքենաների և ԱԻՆ-ի փրկարարների  համար ճանապարհ են բացել՝ բարդ ռելիեֆային պայմաններում հրդեհի մարման աշխատանքները հանրավոր դարձնելու համար։Այս մասին տեղեկացրին «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերությունից:

«Մեզ համար մեծ պատիվ է զգալ մեզ այսպես գնահատված մի աշխատանքի համար, որը մենք կկատարեինք՝ ցանկացած դեպքում, առանց երախտագիտության կամ պարգևի անկնալիքի։ Մեզ հաջողվեց մարել հրդեհը հնարավոր ամենակարճ ժամկետում, և դա էր ամենամեծ նպատակը», - ասաց «Լիդիան Արմենիա»-ի աշխատակից, Գնդեվազի բնակիչ Արսեն Ստեփանյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ պարգև են ստացել մի քանիսը, բայց, պետք է ասել, որ կրակի դեմ պայքարող խումբն ավելի մեծ էր, ու բոլորի համատեղ ջանքերով հնարավոր եղավ այդ աղետը կասեցնել։  

«Լիդիան Արմենիա»-ի առողջության և տեխնիկական անվտանգության վերահսկող Արթուր Հովսեփյանը, ով նաև ԱԻՆ-ի կողմից վերապատրաստված «Լիդիան»-ի «Արագ արձագանքման» թիմի ղեկավարն է, հպարտությամբ նշեց, որ անձամբ ղեկավարել է հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքին մասնակցող «Լիդիան»-ի փրկարարների խումբը և, կարող է ասել, որ բուլդոզերավարները, ովքեր իրոք, բարդ աշխատանք կատարեցին, արժանի էին պարգևի։ Արտավանի շրջակայքում հրդեհի մարման աշխատանքներում ամենաակտիվ մասնակցության համար Արթուր Հովսեփյանը նույնպես պարգևատրվել է՝ օրերս ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի հրամանով նրան շնորհվել է «Միջազգային կարգի փրկարարի» որակավորման դաս:

Բուլդոզերավար, Եղեգնաձորի բնակիչ, Աշոտ Թադևոսյանի խոսքերով, շատ հուզիչ է ստանալ այս պարգևը․ «Պարգևի համար ուրախ եմ, բայց տխրում եմ, որ այրվում էր մեր բնությունը, շատ ափսոս էր։ Լավ է, որ մինչև աշխատանքի ընդունվելը, «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերությունում հատուկ դասընթացներով անվտանգության կանոններն ու աղետների կանխման հմտություններ էինք սովորել և ահա կարողացանք այդ գիտելիքներն օգտագործել՝ աջակցել ԱԻՆ-ի փրկարարներին ու օգտակար գտնվել այդպիսի աղետի կանխման գործում»։
