Մեկից ավելի անգամ քվեարկելու փորձ կատարած քաղաքացին դատապարտվել է երկու տարվա ազատազրկման

 Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի սեպտեմբերի 5-ի դատավճռով Արտենի գյուղի բնակիչ՝ Ա. Առաքելյանը, ով մեղադրվում էր 2017թ. ապրիլի 2֊ին կայացած ՀՀ ԱԺ ընտրություններին մեկից ավելի անգամ քվեարկելու փորձ կատարելու մեջ, դատապարտվել է երկու տարի ազատազրկման: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Ա. Առաքելյանը ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը՝ ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում քվեարկել է Արտենի գյուղի թիվ 18/34 ընտրատեղամասում, որից հետո, ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, վերադառնալով նշված ընտրատեղամաս, փորձել է մեկից ավելի անգամ քվեարկել: Այդ նպատակով անձնագիրը ներկայացրել է ընտրատեղամասի հանձնաժողովի անդամին, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքների պատճառով չի կարողացել մեկից ավելի անգամ քվեարկել: Ընտրության մասնակիցներին հաշվառող էլեկտրոնային սարքի կողմից տրվել է ազդանշան այն մասին, որ Ա. Առաքելյանն արդեն իսկ քվեարկել է: 

Դեպքի առթիվ 07.04.2017թ. ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-153-րդ հոդվածի (մեկից ավելի անգամ կամ այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելը) հատկանիշներով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ և Ա. Առաքելյանին առաջադրվել էր մեղադրանք: Սույն թվականի ապրիլի 20-ին քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել էր Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան: 

Դատական վիճաբանությունների փուլում մեղադրող դատախազի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարանին՝ հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության բնույթն ու աստիճանը, ամբաստանյալի անձը բնութագրող տվյալները՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ պատիժ նշանակելով ազատազրկման ձևով՝ 2 տարի ժամկետով, ինչն ըստ էության բավարավել է:
