 Գերմանիայի Համբուրգ քաղաքում սեպտեմբերի 7-ին կմեկնարկի ազգությամբ թուրք Մեհմեթ Ֆաթիհ Շ.-ի դեմ դատավարությունը, ով մեղադրվում է այդ երկրում լրտեսություն իրականացնելու, գաղտնի տվյալներ հավաքելու և դրանք թուրքական հետախուզությանը տրամադրելու մեջ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Deutsche Welle-ն:

Համաձայն Ֆաթիհ Շ.-ի դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրականի՝ կասկածյալը 2013 թվականից աշխատել է Թուրքիայի ազգային հետախուզական ծառայության համար, իսկ 2015 թվականի գարնանից գերազանցապես տվյալներ է հավաքագրել ու թուրքական կողմին փոխանցել գերմանաբնակ քրդերի վերաբերյալ: Նշվում է, որ այդ տեղեկությունների դիմաց լրտեսը ստացել է շուրջ 30 հազար եվրո գումար:

Ֆաթիհ Շ.-ն ձերբակալվել էր 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին, իսկ 2017 թվականի հունիսի 21-ին Գերմանիայի դատախազությունը, ամբողջացնելով նրա դեմ կազմված մեղադրականը, գործ է հարուցել: Նրան սպառնում է մինչև հինգ տարվա ազատազրկում:
